Value (Book our modern, waterfront, heated pool home in beautiful SE Cape Coral close to everything! Just a 5 min drive to downtown and right near the bridge to Ft Myers! Less than 30 mins to Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel. With luxurious new furniture, fire pit table, dock with boat lift, redone interior, and the large pool w/ waterfall feature it will provide an amazing experience for the entire family! INCLUDED FOR FREE ✔️ Fast WiFi ✔️ Coffee and Tea ✔️ All kitchen utensils ✔️ Beach Towels & more! Your waterfront 4 bedroom, 2 bath Vacation Home is meticulously maintained, with new furniture and a large heated pool with a fun waterfall feature. Outback you can enjoy the direct access saltwater canal with newer dock and boat lift! Lush landscaping with Tropical palms and pops of color line the fenced back yard and the home is located within minutes of tons of shopping, restaurants & entertainment right over on Del Prado Blvd. The home is just a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Cape Coral offering tons of amazing locally owned restaurants. For hikers and kayakers, the home is also just a few minutes from the 4 mile eco preserve. Be sure to search for info on the hiking boardwalk and kayak trails! HVAC FILTER LAST CHANGED - Changed new on 05/06/2024 The covered patio with LED mood lights and ceiling fan has a large outdoor dining table that seats 8 people along with a TV for fun evenings by the pool watching sports or your favorite show. The water view and fire pit set with Adirondack chairs down by the canal provides an ultra relaxing and peaceful environment. You'll enter through the front door to find a view straight through the house out to the pool and covered patio. The dining area is open to both the kitchen and family space which provides a great sitting area for games or family talks. The family room boasts a 50” smart TV with and has family games located in the console table under the TV. The swimming pool has a full screen enclosure to help keep away the pests and offer a slight amount of Sun protection while providing a maximum amount of fresh air and sunlight while swimming, lounging or playing. The home is a “split floor plan” having a large master bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house, boasting a king size bed, walk in shower, separate french doors to the pool, closet, and a 50 inch tv. The bathroom has a large soaking tub and plenty of space with 2 sinks to ensure everyone has a place to get ready. The 4th bedroom has access from the patio under the covered roof right by the outdoor dining table. The neighborhood is quiet and off the main road but close enough that you can quickly get to many amazing restaurants, grocery stores and cafes. There is a Walmart, Publix grocery store, Staples, bait shop, and a fun bowling alley called Headpinz that has food, a bar and an arcade all within 6 minutes of the house. JRA Bicycle shop is down Del Prado Blvd and just above downtown and they offer free delivery to the house for bike rentals at $25 per day or $100 for the week. Be sure to see both our Airbnb Guidebook and the “Getting Around” section here in our listing for specific information on exact distances from the house to local attractions and beaches. We provide towels, beach chairs, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish washer pods, tea and coffee. There also is an iron, ironing board and clothing steamer available for use. Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hand towels, and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Basically, think of it as a hotel and just bring your clothes, tooth brush & tooth paste! We do have a pool cleaning service that comes once a week and we provide a pool net skimmer pole for your use during your stay if needed. Once booked, please see our home manual here on Airbnb for more TV information. Guests who stay have full access to the entire home and outdoor area with no shared space. The garage is available and you can easily fit several cars in the driveway. Be sure to see our “neighborhood section” and my Airbnb guidebook for local business and dining recommendations. POOL HEATER - See the Guest Access section for info on optional pool heater increased temperature charges if you like to have the pool extra toasty! We keep it set at 82 degrees but you can have it increased to a maximum of 88 degrees with a small extra charge. Please let us know if there is any way we can help during your stay. CHILDREN UNDER 12? Message us with their age and their ability to swim on their own without the need for flotation devices. PETS Our apologies but pets are currently not allowed. Feel free to message us if you have any questions. TOILETRIES - we are happy to provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival including 2-3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay. EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home. One Ring doorbell at the front door and one Ring camera on the back of the home. There are only 2 in total and there are none inside the home. POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL *** Please note, we do have pool service, lawn service, and a pest control service that come on a somewhat regular basis. The pool and lawn service come once per week, typically on the same day. The pest control company comes once a quarter and when needed. Please feel free to say hi to them when you see them. - Pool Service - - Lawn Service - Giovanny - Pest Control - ——————————————- ** Covid-19 Update - We have an excellent cleaning team that will spend significant extra time in between guests to ensure the house is well aired out & fully wiped down and disinfected. ** You and your guests will have full, private access to the entire house, front yard, screened / covered outback lanai, boat dock, and rear fenced in yard area. * GUEST WIFI You will get the network name and password from Airbnb, if you do not for any reason, please feel free to message me. * TELEVISIONS * CHECK-IN TIMES Check-In time is 4pm or later. Check-out time is 10am at the latest. (Please be aware that cleaning and unit turn-over typically takes over 4 hours in between guests. Check out after 10am will incur additional fees). * POOL HEATER The pool is heated and always set to 82 degrees. In the Summer, the sun may heat the pool additionally to over 82 degrees F. We try to keep the listing updated with the current specific temperature on a weekly basis. If you would like to use the heater and increase the temperature to more than 82 degrees with a maximum of 89 degrees, please let us know. We charge an extra $15 per day fee for the additional heating. Be sure to let us know ahead of time so that we can have it ready on the day you check in. After finalizing payment through Airbnb for using the pool heater, if you are already checked in, we will turn it up to your desired temperature. Keep in mind that the heater will typically add 3 to 4 degrees of heat per day until it gets up to the desired temperature. The amount of increase does vary depending on the outdoor weather conditions. 2 to 3 degrees is the minimum amount of added temperature per day. It certainly can increase more with sunny, hot days * BBQ GRILLE There is a propane BBQ grille on the back patio. Please clean the grates and put the cover back on prior to checking out. For reference, a few closets in the house are locked out for owners use and the cleaning staff only. Our guests always have private and full exclusivity of the entire home during their stay. * BE SURE TO SEE THE SEPARATE CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS HERE IN THE LISTING. For the fastest response, please use the Airbnb messenger to contact us as our app notifications are set to alert us instantly via text message. Our specific road and the Cornwallis neighborhood in general is very tropical and filled with luxurious, well taken care of waterfront homes. We highly recommend evening walks around the neighborhood, heading around the corner to Paradsie for a boat rental, or driving down Del Prado Blvd to for the the yacht club beach for dinner at the Boathouse Restaurant and watching the sunset over the water.
