Great spot for an off season girls trip. Cozy cottage, within easy walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants, and close to the ferry for Nantucket. Would stay again!

Megan was a wonderful guest. She was easy to communicate with, respectful of the cottage, and left everything in great condition. We’re glad she and her group enjoyed the location and were able to take advantage of the beach and everything nearby. We’d be very happy to host Megan again anytime.

A very comfortable stay in a great location. Beds were comfy, we had everything we needed and we loved the outdoor shower. The owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We had a very relaxing week at the beach!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely rental! It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed and more. Great location, peaceful yet close to everything. The host was friendly and helpful and the communication was great. We’d definitely come back!

Great place to stay for me and my teen for a mid-week break on the Cape. Very cozy accommodations with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking/eating in the cottage. More than enough towels and super comfortable beds. Easy walk to a small town beach and a short drive to the larger town beach.This area is a good entry point to the outer cape towns -- Provincetown is an hour away and Hyannis harbor is only 15 minutes away if you're looking to take a ferry to MV or ACK. Yarmouth has water park, mini golf and other kid-friendly activities but we did not do any of those things, preferring to spend our time on the beach and exploring the outer Cape towns. I chose this place as it seemed to be in a quieter setting and my intuition was correct -- it's a small court of 8 picturesque cottages which were entirely empty during our stay.Owners were immediately responsive when there was a hitch with retrieving the key and there was no delay in entry. Everything was super clean and as depicted in the pictures. We really enjoyed our time at this cottage!

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Cute little cottage! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Very close to town. Scott was a great host! Had everything we could ever think of needing in the house. He was also very responsive to messages and tried his best to ensure we had a good stay 😊

Thank you so much! This is a great place to stay while visiting other family in the area! Super quiet. Very clean. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen for meals we certainly could have-they thought of everything. Grateful for Tylenol in the bathroom as well. Owner very easy to communicate with as well.

This was a great property. It had everything we needed, and was exactly as presented on the site. It's literally a couple of minutes away from the sea, and close to all amenities. Scott was very helpful with our enquiries, and there's a well presented and very thorough booklet inside with everything you could need to know. And personally, I found the presence of STACKS of clean towels a huge bonus! We would 100% come back to this cottage.

Great

The little cottage was great! Neat and clean, and had toiletries if you needed them. Cooking utensils provided also, including things for the grill. Definitely cozy! Doorways are a bit short, but just right if you are under 6 feet tall. Would stay again, if we go back that way!
