It features beautiful mountain views and is just 1 mile to The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This property features a beautiful indoor pool and expansive balconies. The drive to this cabin is easy with 2 lane paved roads and no sharp turns. Included FREE with your reservation is the brand new resort waterpark and adventure park which is NOW OPEN!

Alpine Splash, hosted by Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins, features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 20 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room with arcades and board games, private indoor theater with 85" TV and Sonos surround system, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with mountain views and a private fire table with rocking chair seating near the hot tub.

This property is not pet friendly. Service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left unattended. Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

Christmas Decorations
This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1st through 31st based on availability. These exact dates are not guaranteed if the cabin is occupied as we will decorate the cabin based on availability.

Please note that this is a brand new community that is still under construction. There may be some construction noise in this community during your visit. The resort amenities are now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with your stay

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction. Construction is mostly complete around this particular property but is not 100% complete.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located just 1 mile from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It's within the brand new Smith Creek Reserve resort. The roads leading to this cabin are easy driving with no steep inclines nor sharp turns.

Getting Around:
This community is brand new and the address does not yet show in GPS. Follow the directions that we send to you.

Other Things to Note:
The community amenity park is now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with your stay.

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
