This was a great place for our family get together, it was large enough to fit us (10 people) comfortably. It also had good seating for that many people for eating meals together or playing games. Everything was accurate to the description and we had a wonderful week staying here!

Bluestone Manor was the perfect choice for our family. The home is spacious, has everything you need on site for the perfect getaway. Gorgeous does not even begin to describe the view we had while enjoying our morning coffee. Mark was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely choose Bluestone Manor again.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is big and comfortable. While we were there in the winter, I'm sure it is a lovely spot in all seasons.

Ski weekent

Great place - definitely used the dryers on our rainy weekend.

Glad you had a good time in spite of the wet weather. We put in two commercial dryers in the garage mostly for our renters to be able to dry their wet outerwear especially after skiing or hiking.

Check in was seamless and home was perfect layout for our large family. We appreciated the different rooms where adults and kids could gather. House is open with lots of seating.

I love this house so much! There ended up being just three of us staying there, but I bet 20 family members could comfortably sleep there if they are creative. It was incredibly clean and had beautiful dining tables and everything you could ever need for cooking and baking. Our favorite room was the den with the fireplace. Its a huge room but super cozy at the same time. I also have to mention the incredible value, friendliness of the hosts, comfort, and attention to detail. It would be pretty up there any time of year. We walked down the driveway to the hiking trails in Bluestone State Park. 12 stars out of 10! Can't wait to return in the winter sometime!

Ladies Retreat

This beautiful house was in a perfect location for easy access to local restaurants on the river, hikes, boating or just having a game day with a fantastic view.

Our stay here was wonderful!! All sections of the house were clean, spacious, and well managed. Great Mountain View. Absolutely loved the theater room!!Mark (host) very attentive. The extra snacks were a big hit!! Thank You!!

We are glad you had a great time. I will let the housekeeper know thst she is doing a good job cleaning. Also, we spend a lot of time in the theater room when we are there. Love the surround sound!

Get snowed In

If you’re looking for amazing views, then you love space this is the house for you. The owner is amazing very accommodating and everything is just perfect. The views are breathtaking.

The home is on a spacious property with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. We played lawn games in the late afternoon as the toddlers had space to run around. The bedrooms were spacious, allowing for pick and play cribs.

We are glad you enjoyed the large yard. Sometimes when we are mowing the acre plus grass we wonder if anybody actually uses it. With the cornhole game, the ladderball, and now the newly lined pickelball court there should be plenty of new things to keep the fun outside!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at the Bluestone manor in Feb. The house has a great lay out with plenty of tables for games and dining. Our group loved the theater room with the movie chairs and the big screen TV's in other rooms. The view is AMAZING... just beautiful. Mark responded to any texts sent to him which we definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property. Winterplace ski resort was a great place for our grandchildren to learn how to ski and is 40 min going through the mountains to get there.

Family vacation

This house was large with lots of space to spread out, but also designed to allow for time together. The home was clean and the owner was easy to work with. The views were lovely from the back. My family enjoyed the theater room at night. I works recommend this property.

We were happy to have you and the family stay with us. As you saw, we designed the renovations and furnishings to offer both space to spread out but also furniture groupings to accommodate smaller groups for games or conversation.

Beautiful spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious home. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. It’s located near winter activities, and we look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy warm weather activities. Mark quickly responded to any questions and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at Bluestone Manor. The property is well suited for a large family or group. It has large common spaces and a great outdoor area. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There is a well stocked kitchen that opens to the family areas. The theater room was a popular place during our stay. The property is also close to Bluestone Lake which has many recreational opportunities. We look forward to returning in the future.

House was perfect for a large family gathering. We went for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for different family members. Property is in process of renovations, but very nice. Space was clean and comfortable. We loved the theater room and all the deer that visit in the backyard. The road to house was the only thing that was a little tricky!

The house was very spacious with several eating areas and an entertainment room. The patio was large with plenty of seating, a grill and a fire pit. The view of the mountains was amazing. The host was very responsive when we contacted him and there was excellent communication with him via text messages and phone calls. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay with all of our family. Enjoyed the many games there as well as a piano. Very comfortable home with ample kitchen appliances and dishes and cooking items. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Family get together

Home was great and plenty of room. Home theater area was wonderful and due to the weather came in handy. Plently of games and puzzles great thing to do for all ages. Location was okay the roads to the house were a surprise being one car only. Some locals who really know the road were not very watchful. But we enjoyed our visit and was very happy with our choice.

Absolutely breathtaking

The property is immaculately cared for. The view is stunning. I caught myself looking out at the mountains the first thing I did in the morning and the last thing I did at night. The kitchen is a chefs dream. There is literally everything you need. My family was able to come together and rejoice in comfort. I am planning on booking as often as I can.

Quiet Mountain Retreat

Spacious house with lots of amenities and beautiful views. Parts of the house are a little dated (especially the bathrooms) but it is clean and well kept. The roads around the house can be small and a little tricky but still manageable even for a minivan. Originally we were going to have four families staying but half of our group had to cancel - it would have been a tight fit if everyone came, probably best with just three groups. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Mountaintop Vacation

Cool house in a beautiful and scenic area. The owners have put a lot of work into renovating this property and overall it's beautiful. They still have some work to do on the sliding doors, patio, and pool, but this didn't detract from our stay. Great living room and theater room with plenty of seating for large family's. Great outdoor space. Lots of nature and neat places to visit and the locals are very friendly. We had a few issues with the power going out due to storms and high winds, but the owners were great and reported it right away and the power was only out a few hours. Beautiful home in the West Virginia Mountains.
