Gorgeous 2-story luxury home with Large in-ground hot tub with waterfalls for an iconic San Diego experience. Located in prestigious Torrey Hills, less than 10 minutes from the beach. Close to Del Mar and La Jolla, Solana Beach and Encinitas. Less than 20 minutes from Downtown San Diego, Little Italy, Pacific Beach, Carlsbad and Oceanside.

Home is located in a quiet, family-friendly community, close to local restaurants and walking distance from Los Penasquitos Canyon hiking and biking trails.
The space
3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with hot tub in beautiful Torrey Hills, just minutes from the beach, Downtown San Diego, Del Mar Racetrack and countless other San Diego hotspots
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities except for the grill, which is lot included in the listing description. A fourth bedroom is locked to store host's belongings, but is not included in the listing description.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. This is a very family friendly neighborhood and house. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host, Ben, is very responsive and replied promptly to my questions. Thank you Ben for a great stay.

Wonderful Family Stay

Beautiful well kept property that felt just like home. Plenty of room to house 7 adults comfortably. Host was easy to connect with and very detailed in the use of the home and its amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great house, tranquil neighborhood.

Nice house with a terrace and a hot tub/pool. Tranquil neighborhood. Ben (our host) was great! He's responded to my messages in a very prompt manner and the check-in was smooth and easy

Convenient to Del Mar racetrack!

Overall the place was okay. Definitely needed a coffee pot for guests. We left the one we bought. Hot tub was kinda icky green. Beds were comfortable. Hightlight of this place was the massive reclining comfortable couch. with massage

I appreciate the feedback, Sandy. We now have a coffee maker. I've since changed hot tub technicians and it's looking beautiful. Apologies for the inconvenience here, and I hope I was able to make up for it by shipping out the items your group left behind after your stay. Great location

We stayed for the annual Surf Soccer Cup. Great size for the group. The home had three bedrooms which is great since the listing said two. The only thing we would have liked to have known was that its a personal home not a dedicated Vrbo home. Meaning lots of personal affects and the detailed cleaning was missing like a hotel. Host was very responsive!

I am very disappointed. Their beds are dirty with dirt, stains and crumbs . We had to change the sheets ourselves. The bathrooms were not clean. The kitchen refrigerator, microwave and countertops we sticky and gross. We unable to use any of the dishes because the dishes scrubbers and sponges were brown and gross. So we had to eat on napkins. The floor was dirty and sticky, along with we could sit on the couch because it was dirty as well. All the wash clothes were dirty so we had none to use. We couldnt put any of our things in the pantry because it smelled horrible. This house was definitely lived in by the owner and they had all there stuff there but didnt clean up after themselves. I message the host and never got any response. I called him twice and finally got a call back and all he did was blame it on the cleaner. He never made any accommodations. He has it list as a 2 bedroom 2 bath and then he told me it was 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom and it was 4 bedrooms but we were only allowed to use the 3 bedrooms. The information on the lists was very misleading. I don’t recommend this house to anyone. We were only there to sleep and shower but it was that bad.
