We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's college graduation. The house was perfect for our needs. The kids (all in their 20's) loved being by the beach, volleyball courts, etc...the adults loved walking the boardwalk. The location was great - right at the end of the beach where it was a little more private.

It was the perfect spot. The house was right by the beach and next to a walking path that leads to Belmont park and so many cute eateries and attractions. The 2 units were perfect for a multiple family stay and the views were superb. We had a fabulous time celebrating a birthday weekend at this spot and would definitely come back again.

Excellent location, easy walk to beach and bay. It was an easy walk to Belmont park. We had both the upstairs and downstairs there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. All the beach gear was there, towels, boogie boards, chairs, and sand toys. We will definitely stay there again.

Jetty 3

We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach. The large patio was perfect for barbecuing, game playing, and watching the kids play in the sand. I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Best of beach life.

Our family, 7 adults and six kids, loved the accommodations, the ample comfortable patio furniture, and our almost private beach playground. It was a short walk to the designated swimming area and we enjoyed being far enough away from the noise of the Belmont Park area, but close enough to walk there. Very nice units, newly decorated, comfortable and nicely appointed. Highly recommended.

Absolutely MAGICAL!

I celebrated my 60th Birthday with my kids at this rental and it was absolutely MAGICAL! The home is more beautiful in person, than in pictures! You won't be disappointed! It was the perfect location for our private beach party, and central to many attractions, restaurants, and activities! I will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great location, kitchen poorly equipped, few and dull knives, no pot holders, 2 distowels, pots, pans, cookie sheets old and worn

Fun place to stay

I took all my adult children and spouses on a get-away to San Diego. This condo worked out well. We used two units for our ten people but they were conveniently located above and beneath one another. We really enjoyed our stay. The lower condo was a bit warmer and stuffier than that the top condo but it was all around a wonderful location---right on the beach with the boogie boards, chairs, bbq, supplied for lots of fun..

Lovely Stay at the Jetty House

We had a lovely, peaceful San Diego stay at this Jetty house. There were 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) as advertised, an oversized patio downstairs and pretty large deck upstairs. Both units felt new and were very nice throughout. There's also a large sandy area right outside the door (before you get to the public beach) that felt like a private vip beach area. Surf Style managers were fast to respond to a door lock issue, we would rent with them again!

Nice location. Fire alarms were going off 2 different nights. AC was broken. Upstairs bedroom had non working lights & fan. No extra bedding for hide a beds.

Just as we had hoped!

We had a lovely time at Jetty 3 this past week. It definitely met all our expectations. We were thrilled to be in clean, well-located spot. We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs unit for the whole family. While you have to go outside to get from one unit to the other, it wasn't a problem. The beachside porch and huge and very comfortable. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location. There were multiple electrical issues upon arrival. The property management company sent an electrician out the second day and most of the issues were resolved but it was just an inconvenience and interruption to our stay. Overall the condo was clean but more dated than the pictures portrayed. Direct beach access was the selling point to this condo.

Fantastic rental. We had a great time. Accommodations were perfect for our two families. Location was great. Close enough to the activities, but down far enough to have some privacy. We would love to stay there again.

Prime Mission Beach Location

We stayed in both units with 9 adults and 4 kids and found this was a great spot for family vacay. Had everything we needed. Great patio, quiet and perfect for the young ones to hang out on the beach right outside while you enjoy your morning coffee. Everything within 20 minutes. Would stay here again
