Stunning newly constructed home on Lake Keowee 25 minutes from Clemson is a perfect gathering spot for extended family and friends to enjoy a fabulous vacation. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room provide breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outside deck or cast a line off the huge covered dock, which is equipped with a swim seat and ladder for easy access to swimmers. Done swimming, explore the lake on our kayaks and SUPS. On those cooler days, take in fall colors on the outside patio while staying warm near the fire pit. Still cold, jump in the hot tub while enjoying the sunset over the lake.

The house was perfect. The check-in was excellent very easy.!! the view and the lake were absolutely gorgeous!!! we attended a wedding at my brother’s house which was very close to this house that we rented. we had a wonderful family time and would love to return again for another family vacation. The house was set up perfect and the location was beautiful. We all agreed it would be a perfect family vacation and would love to come back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.!!

By far, the best "house renting" vacation experience in 15 years of family vacations. A beautiful home that was well stocked for our crew of 21, incuding 13 grandchildren ages 4-15 ..... from the kitchen, games, books and nooks in the home to the outdoor activities including putt-putt, a fire-pit and lake paddle boards, rafts/tubes and life vests. Our host, David, was extremely responsive to questions in preparation for and during the week. I only wished I had asked better questions to save on some of the materials (e.g., 3 rafts/tubes and family games) we carried with us on the trip. We recommend this beautiful home and will return if its available for our family vacation next year.

Perfect location

We stayed here for our daughter’s Clemson graduation. The property is even better than the photos! From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and lakeside fire pit, we completely enjoyed ourselves. We’re already looking at the calendar to see when we can come back for a longer stay. It’s truly a great property!

Our stay at Harborside Retreat for a family vacation on Lake Keowee exceeded our expectations in every respect. The home is exceptional, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with top-of-the-line amenities. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were staying at a private five-star resort.One of the highlights for our family was being able to bring two boats and dock them right at the property, giving us the freedom to enjoy early-morning fishing and full days of boating and exploring Lake Keowee. The home also provides kayaks, paddleboards, Lily Pads, and an assortment of other water toys, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy.After a full day on the lake, there was nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub while watching the outdoor TV. And Lake Keowee itself is spectacular—the water was so clear and beautiful that at times it felt more like swimming in the Bahamas.Harborside Retreat provided the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation. I would recommend it without hesitation and look forward to returning.

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful Lake Keowee home during one of the most difficult times in our lives—gathering together for my father’s funeral. What could have been an overwhelming week was made so much more comfortable by having such a peaceful, welcoming place where our family could be together.The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for multiple generations to gather, share meals, tell stories, laugh, cry, and simply enjoy being together. The lake views provided a sense of peace and comfort that we desperately needed, and the outdoor spaces became a favorite spot for quiet reflection and family conversations.The property was exactly as described, beautifully maintained, and the hosts were responsive, kind, and easy to work with throughout our stay. In the midst of a difficult week, this home became a place of healing, connection, and cherished family memories.We are incredibly grateful for our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful Lake Keowee retreat. Thank you for providing a place where our family could come together, celebrate a life well-lived, and support one another during such an important time.
