My partner and I stayed here for the weekend and I cannot rave more about the experience. From booking through checking out, Debbie and Paul were excellent, communicative hosts. The property was so cute and well-maintained, and so conveniently close to the Stonington/Mystic hotspots. The room was perfectly kept, bed was comfortable, and we loved the decorative theme. Will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in Mystic!

We had such a great time here. This was one of the first theme rooms we’ve ever stayed in, and it exceeded every expectation — comfortable, roomy, and true to the period. The whole property was a pleasure: hammocks, Adirondack chairs, a nearby playground, and a peaceful area to walk in the evenings.Debbie, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Her hospitality made our stay even better. If we could give her and the property more than 5 stars, we absolutely would.The location is unbeatable — close to the casino, Misquamicut Beach, Mystic, and everything else. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cant say enough about how AMAZING our stay was! The room was absolutely perfect! Spotless, comfortable, awesome theme to the room and Debbie was a fantastic host! She even left us some homemade Apple Pie upon check in! We will DEFINETELY be back!

The locstion was great..near everything. We got the Lifesaver room and could not have been happier. The nautical-themed room had an abundance of charm and was meticulously decorated. The host supplied everything you could possibly need and even left us a few pieces of a scrumptious homemade apple pie. I applaud the attention to every detail. We will definitely stay here again.

The Lifesaver room was charming and very nautical. So many details, decorations and antiques to look at. Debbie is an excellent host. She made it a very personal welcoming stay, from the welcome note to the Apple pie and all the little extra details. She is the best hostess we have encountered!

Nice Getaway!

My wife and I had a great stay! Deborah makes the whole process very easy and is very informative. She gets back to you very quickly if you have any questions. This was our second time staying at one of her properties. It was just as great as the first!

We have stayed at several VRBO's that are individual rooms in a historical residence, this was by far the best. The host's attention to individual detail was beyond expected. The time spent there was like "a night in the museum". The apple pie that greeted us was superb (we waited until breakfast the next morning). We experienced a major snowstorm during our stay; the snow clearing and clean up was timely and complete. (even cleared out the gazebo). The location is extremely convenient to all the attractions in the area. Immensely enjoyed a winter weekend in Mystic, hopefully a visit in the warmer seasons is in the future.

We stayed here last minute after deciding to go to Mystic for a night and from our one night stay we can say we will purposely be making trips and staying here in the future. Not only was the room sparkling clean and comfortable so much care was put into making the place feel like home. The decor was so detailed and adorable and the little extras in the room to make sure we had everything we would need. The outdoor space was also welcoming and fantastic, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the quiet. I could not recommend staying here more.

Great Stay in Old Mystic

This was our first visit and we were very impressed. Debbie was a great host and clearly enjoys creating a lovely setting for guests. The room was comfortable, clean and full of character. It felt like stepping back in time with antiques and a fun nautical theme. Our room on the end was quiet as advertised and the bed was comfortable. The room was also thoughtfully stocked with many amenities and a delicious treat upon our arrival. Highly recommend Debbie's place for a two person stay.

The room was wonderfully decorated with so many cute touches throughout. It was clean and a very easy check-in/check-out process. The grounds were wonderful and it was a nice, quiet place to relax after going to the beach/town area. Would highly recommend this location to stay if you are visiting the Mystic/Stonington area!

We had an excellent stay in this room! The attention to detail was outstanding and every item you may need was available. There was even apple pie at check in!! We loved that this room was close to Mystic but a bit outside of the major hustle and bustle of downtown. We would absolutely stay here again.
