Anniversary trip

This was such a great choice for us. It felt so much more cozy than a hotel. And being centrally located, we could go out in the morning, come back for a coffee break and then head back out. The apartment has everything you need, and the area is beautiful. Thank you for some wonderful memories! xould need dor 2.people to stay completely

Perfect Spot

Great spot! Couple minute drive to the heart of the seaport area (easily walkable). Host was easy to communicate with and even helped us land a tough dinner reservation close by. Location was clean and a perfect spot for a young couple looking for a weekend stay in the seaport area of Mystic.

Property was clean and well organized. Host met us as we arrived. Outdoor grounds were a treat with a small waterfall flowing into a fish pond. Room was delightful and well decorated and comfortable. Quiet area and there was a small market just down the street. We would return for another stay.

Precious Mystic Place

We so enjoyed this perfect spot nestled in walking distance to Mystic history and shopping. The property was lovely and spacious and the colors and nautical decor was so pretty. Special details like a wine table on the outdoor terrace, to the reading nook with local history books were perfect after spending the day out. We would return again and recommend highly.

The apartment was clean , freshly painted and decorated. It had a small, but complete kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. It was located about a mile from down town Mystic and two blocks from a Gourmet market/deli. Over all a nice place to stay. We will be returning to Mystic and will probably stay there again.

Our favorite place

My wife and I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and we love the place! The place has everything you need (shower, washer, dryer, fridge) and is walking distance to downtown. The host is so nice and caring. I highly recommend staying here!

Such a great weekend!

We spent Labor Day weekend in this sweet little apartment. Alexis was wonderful to work with; very accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect. Our morning walks into town for a sweet treat at Sift were a highlight of our trip. It’s a beautiful spot within walking distance to everything; no need to drive anywhere. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and very well appointed. Can’t wait to go back!

Charming Efficiency Apartment

Delightful, very clean, very attractive, comfortable. We really enjoyed our walks into town. The local market (3 doors away) had excellent - chef prepared to go meals that we enjoyed daily.

Great weekend away

This nautically themed over garage apartment has everything you need for a great stay. 15-20min walk to Bank Square. We only took 1 car ride the whole time we were there really easy to walk or bike wherever you want to go.

Cozy, private, clean studio close to Mystic

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. A short walk to downtown Mystic and about 15-20min drive to casinos. Studio was well stocked, comfortable, very clean and check-in/out was a breeze. Host was very attentive and easily accessible. Grounds were beautiful and pictures in listing are accurate. We had a lovely time and are looking forward to a return trip.

The hostess was very welcoming right from the start. The apartment had its own private patio which was great. Everything in the apartment was well thought out and beautifully done. We walked to downtown Mystic many times. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Lovely home away from home

What a wonderful month I spent at Alexis’ carriage house! Alexis is the perfect hostess, attentive but unobtrusive, generous and accommodating, with an eye for color and a sensitivity for what a guest may need. The carriage house is perfectly located in West Mystic on an historic property, making it super easy to get to all the points of interest. The beaches of Rhode Island, Mystic Seaport, downtown Mystic with its shops and restaurants, are all within reach. The carriage house, which is detached from the main house and nestled against a rock ledge with a splashing waterfall, coy pond, flowering perennials, and towering trees, is a little haven of peace and beauty. Such a pleasure to return to after a day out and about. Peaceful, aesthetic, and homey. Just right for a New England getaway. I’ll be returning here again! Thank you, Alexis for a pleasant and memorable stay in old Mystic!

Cute and cozy

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Mystic. Beautiful gardens and a cute, cozy cottage like space. Our host was wonderful and had a lot of great information for us as well as recommendations for dining. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway in Mystic

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway to celebrate our anniversary at Alexis' property in Mystic. The property was lovely, we had some fantastic meals and enjoyed walking and shopping downtown Mystic. The walk to downtown Mystic was only a mile or so, but we ended up driving closer and parking. We'll definitely return!

Excellent weekend!

What a wonderful time we had at Alexis’s beautiful property in Mystic. Everything was perfect! The space was so inviting and we really appreciated the great location, the privacy of the unit, the comfortable bed and the high quality linens were an extra nice touch! Alexis was so kind and accommodating and gave us some great suggestions for restaurants (we are still talking about our delicious Italian meal at Hoofs!) We are eager to return again someday.
