Beachfront rental stay

Me and my boyfriend loved the location of our rental and how close it was to the beach. Our favorite part was definitely the pool/spa area. I do think our rental could have been a little more clean but it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a great stay!

Quick getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachfront II. The unit was as advertised and booking/check in was easy! Beach public access is literally 2 mins from complex. Great place for a couple or small family ❤️

Beachfront Beach II

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean when we arrived. The grounds of the property are meticulously maintained, and the pool area was nice. The property is nestled between two of the area’s dune lakes (we saw some deer grazing one morning). The unit was perfect for two people.

Last Week of Summer

We fell in love with Beachfront II - all photos are accurate and the pool/hot tub area is phenomenal. You get a slight view of the ocean and the walk to the beach is so easy. We loved being on the 3rd floor with the loft bedroom. We want to return again and again.

Family of Four For Four Nights

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hidden gem! Great location with easy beach access and beautiful partial ocean view from the balcony. Kids love the lights in the pool and hot tub at night. Overall, we love this place and will return. My recommendations - upgrade the sheets/bedding to something a bit more comfortable and add a k-cup coffee maker. Thanks for a wonderful 4 days!

4th of July fun!

All in all, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The condo was seemingly clean. We had one little mishap, but they communicated well and we went on with our trip. We were excited to see there’s an in-house washer/dryer!! The location is our favorite!!

Efficiency studio

The unit could use a little TLC. More lighting (particularly the stairs since the bedroom is up and bathroom is down) and replace all non-functioning bulbs. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were great! Sufficient for our short stay.

Seagrove beachfront 2 condo

Overall it was excellent. Our condo was on the 3rd floor but thankfully there was an elevator. We had a partial view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. This condo had a loft bedroom and bathroom was downstairs don’t eat a lot of watermelon before you go to bed lol.

Perfect stay for two at 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was just as described. There was a full kitchen, with an unexpected combination washer and dryer. We were able to make lunch and breakfast at the rental with ease. The unit was steps from the beach, and very quiet. We loved the location! First time at 30A, and we will definitely be back. Only recommendation is a possible night light for those steps downstairs from the loft, as they can be tricky to navigate in the middle of the night. Thanks again.

Great location - Seagrove condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the third year in a row we’ve stayed at Beachfront II. Perfect location close to the beach. The pool was closed for construction. They should have informed us and maybe given us a discount as well. There was no blanket for the sofabed but the property management brought one the next day. Overall we love the condo and the area.

Great location but lacking in cleanliness…

This condo is in the perfect location! Very close to the beach and an easy walk. Beach was a lot less crowded than the beaches we usually visit in Destin. If only the condo was nicer and a bit cleaner. The floor wasn’t clean and should have been swept/mopped prior to our visit (we did pay $100 cleaning fee). Tile was broken in spots and sharp on bare, sunburnt feet. Maybe it’s simply the age of the place? Condo also lacked supplies… only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was stocked in the bathroom. No hand soap either. This rental would be fine for 2 people but too crowded for my family of 4. Bathroom was small and oddly placed at the front entrance of the building. The window coverings didn’t provide much privacy. (My husband said he could see my daughter on the toilet even with the blinds completely closed). My brother stayed on the 2nd floor and his condo was much nicer— more updated and cleaner than ours. I loved this area but wouldn’t stay in this room again.

Needs a deep clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great! The condo has everything you may need for a stay at the beach. Unfortunately, the condo was extremely dirty. The air filter was disgustingly filthy. There were extra filters in the closet, so we promptly changed the filter on night one. The floors were dirty. The ceiling fans, window blinds, and AC vents were covered in dust. The shower curtain liner was covered in grime and needs changing. The shower drains slowly, maybe it needs to be unclogged? I would love to stay in this condo again, if it were cleaner.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the area, our 4th trip to this property...but this Unit was a bit of a disappointment. It is a bit worn and outdated. Not in the best of condition. We had a problem with a breaker tripping...turns out they had 3 wall plugs, a combo washer/dryer, a microwave and the garbage disposal all on the same line. If you use the wrong combination at the right time, it will trip the breaker. Our previous stays at this property in different units were much better than this one. As I said, we needed beach time, spent most of our time on the beach, but the unit was a disappointment.

Best trip

Great location and an excellent stay

The checkin process was great, had to call to get directions- but they were so nice and stayed on the phone until we got to the correct location! Much appreciated ! The place was cute, clean, great view and approximately 300 stars from the white sand and beautiful water. Would definatly stay there again!

Good long weekend beach trip.

Poor internet, but orherwise okay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst, slowest internet ever! Speeds of only 0.2 mbps made the work I neeed to do....even when on vacation...very difficult and time consuming. Otherwise, the stay wa good, but I was told there was internet and what I got coukd barely be described as having internet!
