Located on the 3rd floor, this 1-bedroom condo has sleek features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a king-sized bed. The cool colored wall palette will draw you straight to the private balcony overlooking the sparking emerald waters of the Gulf. Have a little fun in the sun, get sand between your toes, and enjoy what beachfront living is all about!

Located in Seagrove Beach in an quiet community of Eastern Lake, you'll feel tucked away but rest assured you'll be minutes away from all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options that 30A has to offer. Enjoy exploring all the unique beach communities of South Walton. With miles and miles of bike trails and nature trails, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love with 30A.

Your stay at Leeward I Unit 8 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–27 consecutive nights. Stays of 28 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Clean and ready to go before 4pm! Communication could not have been better the whole weekend. Perfect location with great parking. Only issue we had was unlocking/locking the door. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. We will for sure be back.

This was a fine property on the beach in an area where that is premium. The furnishings were dated. Kitchen was well stocked with utencils/etc. The ac was good. View was wonderful. Private beach is a great plus.Bathroom was adequete and the laundry unit was nice. The door locks were very difficult to work.

Nice location, place needs some attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked like it had a quick clean up so it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. The furniture on the patio was dirty.The floors were sticky and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front door was difficult to operate and the fob didn’t work for the ocean gate. The location was great!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and view was fabulous. However, the furnishings and condo need updating. They are not as shown in the pics. There was an ugly, stretchy slipcover on the sofa. The patio furniture needs cleaning or replacing. The bedroom had an ugly curtain turned backwards so the lining is what you see. Kitchen cabinet paint does not match. There are scuffs on the wall as you enter the property. Vacation management was great to work with.

The unit was just as advertised, perfect for my wife and I. Spectaular views in a beautiful area off of 30A. Definitely will be back at this condo. Communication was excellent from the time we rented until our exit from the property.

Unit was clean and well stocked. The WiFi was unstable (could not watch a movie). The Roku tv was locked down and you couldn’t use apps like YouTube TV. Front door was hard to lock and unlock. Overall it was fine.

Beautiful view …great private beach

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you.
