We had a great time and had everything we needed at this cute property. It’s in a very pretty neighborhood with lots of beautiful trees and a very short ride on the golf cart to the beach. The hot tub was great to have. This property is attached to the main house but the owners took care to ensure the privacy of the deck, pool and hot tub area. It’s also an easy half an hour ride from downtown Charleston and the airport. Isle of Palms is beautiful! I would say be prepared to eat out as the kitchen is equipped for light meals only. Also in peak summer I would make dinner reservations if eating at the restaurants in IOP. It is a perfect size for two people. Our questions were answered right away by the host. We would return here and hope to!

Lena’s guest house was amazing! Had a wonderful four days in Isle of Palms. beautifully decorated and super clean with aLot of little extras. Lena was so accommodating and the closeProximity to the beach was awesome especially since we had use of the golf cart.We used the pool everyday and hot tub every night. Highest recommendations! Will definatley be back. Thanks Lena!

Absolutely lovely! The place was very clean and set up perfectly for our needs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves, and taking the golf cart to the beach. Lena was a great host, excellent communication. Would stay again!

Everything was great. I wasn’t aware this was a “guest house” until we arrived, but I’m glad we stayed! We’ve been coming to the IOP for 3 years now and this is our best stay yet! Came with everything you needed, including beach chairs!

Stay was good and room and location was good. Things I think the room needs is a better AC. It had trouble keeping up the record heat this weekend.Also, the tv was very small and outdated for the room. But location was great and I love how private it was

The perfect place & location

My husband and I stayed for 7 days. We were so impressed with the small house and all it had to offer. The private pool & hot tub was a bonus to our stay. We enjoyed driving around the island on the golf cart. Lena was awesome to work with! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful location

Great location, great hosts. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Having a pool, hot tub, and golf cart really added to the stay. Will definitely return.

A perfect gem of a retreat

A great retreat for two people in a beautiful corner of town, in walking distance of good eating, drinking and shopping. If walking isn't your thing, there is even a golf cart. The accommodation, patio and pool are immaculate, spacious and private. The pictures do not do it justice. Great place hosted by great people.

Wedding Weekend in Charleston

This stay was perfect for our trip to Charleston for a family wedding. Lena's pool house was perfect for our needs. The golf cart made beach access easy. The pool was a great place to relax. Communication was clear and timely during the reservation process. I highly recommend this home.

Island retreat

Great time in Isles of Palm

We loved our short visit to Isles of Palms. What a beautiful beach and community. We appreciated our hosts welcoming and helping us when needed. The jacuzzi tub and pool were such a treat. It was a fun trip to the beach on the golf cart. We are grateful to have taken this trip.

Lovely, compact place close to beach

Lovely place, small but had everything we needed to eat breakfast in. Bed was comfy, but pillows were not. (I always bring my own.) amenities were pretty impressive with a large, unheated pool, a hot tub, and a golf cart at your disposal. The best feature was its location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Lovely neighborhood. We recommend the Sea Buscuit, Coconut Joe’s and farther afield, the Wreck of Richard and Charlotteand, farther afield

Wonderful getaway site!

Very nice, quiet location, just a few blocks from the beach. Having the golf cart makes it even easier to get to the beach with anything you want to bring. The bedroom/living area is roomy, and while the kitchen is small, it was more than adequate for the 2 of us. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Probably the only negative was the TV. It worked fine, but it was so small! It would have been nice to have a little larger screen. I know, first world problems, right? :-)Overall, we loved it! We would definitely visit again.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were top notch. And the host was very nice and easy to work with. The golf cart was a short trip to the beach and it was a great addition to the guest house. We enjoyed exploring what’s in the area on the golf cart.
