This property was perfect for our family to unwind and enjoy cruise week. The host was super quick to respond to any message before, during, and at the end of our stay. This was our first time using Vrbo, so the ease of communication was very much appreciated. We plan to book again for next year. The fact that pets are allowed is what stood out for us when booking, and we are very glad we found this property. It was perfect for what we were looking for. :)

The inside was just as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very good with communication. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we were not pleased with this rental overall. The one saving grace was the ocean view. In unit laundry was also a plus. Dirty fitted sheets were provided to us for the master bedroom. No top sheet and about a quarter sized blanket. Other bedrooms were similar. No bathmats in any bathroom. Ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. No curtains, shades, or other covering that could provide privacy in the main living area. Couch cover had cigarette holes in it. Just did not measure up to the high price tag.

During your stay, you contacted us regarding ants, and we responded promptly, offered to provide treatment, and asked you to let us know if the issue continued. You indicated that you had picked up traps and were simply making us aware of it, and we did not receive any further report that the issue persisted. We were surprised to learn from the review about the additional concerns regarding the bedding, bathmats, window coverings, and couch cover, as these issues were not brought to our attention during the stay. Had we known, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address anything that could be corrected immediately. We take guest feedback seriously and are reviewing each of these items with our cleaning and maintenance team. We’re glad you enjoyed the ocean view and in-unit laundry, and we appreciate your feedback.

Condo at OC

Very clean and up to date condo at Ocean City. Very short walk to the beach, easy walk to Seacrets, Fager's island and many more. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Experience

Close to the beach, two parking spots at the building, close to fagers/seacrets, plenty of free on street parking right by the house, clean place, great sleeping arrangements. Tigran was an amazing host, very responsive and respectful. Stayed with a group of 10 friends and couldn’t recommend it more. We will be back!

Pet Friendly & close to the beach.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days with our small dog. We liked how close it was to the beach. It was helpful to have the fitted sheets (no top sheets) and towels provided. The only thing I wished it had was blinds for the large patio doors/windows. That would allow for more privacy. Other than that it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for family vacation

We loved staying here! The condo was so clean, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for all 4 adults and two teenage boys, and 2 small dogs, with room to spare. The kitchen was well equipped for cookimg every meal. Even though not located right on the beach, its just a short distance and you can see the ocean from the balcony. This was a working vacation for me and i had no issues with the wifi. We will definitely return and are already looking to schedule again for next summer.

Great Location!

We picked the location because of its proximity to the Convention Center (in town for a dance competition) and appreciated the added bonus of its access to everything else. Loved the access to the beach. Pulling out of parking and being right at the lights (no u-turn needed). And much to our daughter's delight - walking distance to Bad Monkey, Fractured Prune, Sunsations, and an escape room.Inside condo: bedrooms were good sizes; bathrooms were nice; kitchen was well supplied Owner was very responsive when we had a last-minute additional guest and needed another set of sheets/towels. That effort was VERY appreciated!
