This was a great place to stay with my family of four. Centrally located, just a short drive to downtown or the beach. Super convenient to Publix. We especially enjoyed the pool and the big comfortable couch with big TV for watching movies in the evening. Although the shed with ping pong was hot (expected in July), my boys still played a couple of games. The kitchen was well supplied and I appreciated the electric kettle available for tea. We were all happy and would definitely stay here again.

Best Place I've Stayed in Fernandina Beach

This is one of the coolest places I have ever rented on vacation! The house is awesome! The private screened in pool in the backyard is awesome for the days where you can't make the beach due to intermittent rain. The Blackstone grill outside cooked perfect filet mignons. Everything is stocked, clean and very modern especially the kitchen and living room. The giant TV was awesome and the digital electric fireplace was pretty cool. The jetted tub in the master bath was a lifesaver for my back. Overall the place is amazing and totally worth it. The owner was more than responsive to any questions I had and was very accommodating and nice. I will definitely be returning to this place probably in August. It's not directly by the beach but there is a public beach access about 2 minutes drive away. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and if you didn't want to drive there it's a cheap Uber fare. I highly recommend. Five stars!

This was our second year staying here. The house and yard are great. Especially the backyard with the pool. There were some updates to the property since last year that made it even more enjoyable.
