Clean unit, easy process. Great unobstructed view. Quiet community. Some stains on the carpeted stairs. Great master bedroom shower with excellent water pressure & hot water. Springy mattresses, rather uncomfortable for a side-sleeper like myself; they seemed old and perhaps ready for an upgrade to something more comfortable.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. The steam cleaners are steaming the stairs as I type. However, we will replace that carpet very soon. It was a very busy summer, and the stairs got a lot of use. Our apologies! The mattress is newer, and this is the first complaint we've received. It is such a personal thing, it is hard to suit every guest. We are glad it didn't ruin your stay!

This condo was perfect for my family. The view from the balcony and the closeness to the beach was my favorite part! We will definitely book again next summer!

Very comfortable accommodations with beautiful view. Easy beach access and the fact that our dog could walk with us on the beach was a big plus!

The unit was great for our stay on Amelia Island. Loved the views from the balcony and enjoyed morning walks on the beach with our dog as well as very convenient to the walking trails. Very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The property management company was very responsive to questions we had before our stay.

Good views and convenient for us but it really needs some updating, better bedding and a general remodeling. The ocean air does take its toll but i am disappointed in the lack of attention to maintenance

Jeff, we appreciate your feedback. Bedding is an easy fix, but we're not sure what you mean by maintenance. We have many repeat guests who love our home and the location. We're sorry it wasn't for you. Amelia Island has plenty of options, and I'm sure you'll find a great spot.

The location was very good and the property was very nice. The beach was perfect and in a place that vehicles are not allowed, which is a big plus. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful, well equipped Condo in a quiet, safe family Friendly Oceanfront Community. Perfect for teen Granddaughters who had never visited Florida. After experiencing Pensacola, and Cocoa Beach, Amelia Island was their favorite.

Great Location and view of beach

My family stopped in for a quick weekend retreat on our way to family further south. I love Amelia Island and this is a great spot for a couple or families.
