Loved the location and great set up that allowed everyone their own bathroom. Use the bikes if you come. So much to see so close by and the river trail was a lot of fun.

Excellent value near breweries and old town! Super cool they offer bikes to use, plenty of room and well equipped. Tv in each room and great WiFi also. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. Thanks Israel!

We spent a long weekend in Fort Collins celebrating our daughter’s graduation from CSU. The home was PERFECT! It was clean and spacious and the location was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great, clean and comfy. We went to Cheyenne WY for the Frontier days only about a 35-40min drive. Easy to get down town in Fort Collins. There's a walmart just minutes from the house. Recommend renting the property.

Highly recommend to enjoy an old Town Fort Collins! We loved having bikes available to make a quick ride in. Hosts were kind and responsive! Appreciated an early check in!

Clean and close to old town! Loved our stay!! Host was beyond welcoming! Very easy! Town house was very quiet! We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we come that way

This was a very convenient location. It was nice to be so close to Old Town. There are lots of VRBOs in the area which makes it perfect if you are vacationing with other family and friends.

Great place in FC, near courthouse (we stayed for state HS Mock Trial comp). Nice place to walk your dogs. Good that it had its own garage, as street parking can get a little crowded. We enjoyed having meals together and the big bedrooms. Large kitchen. We'd stay again.

Perfect for a Ft Collins getaway

The property is in the perfect location to visit Ft Collins. The bikes are a great addition since everything is so close.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! The pictures are very accurate!! The house is very well stocked on everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. I definitely give it a 10/10!!

This place was everything it was made out to be and more! The pictures of the bedrooms weren’t super appealing to me on the listing, but the rooms were so cute and clean!

Great Fort Collins home

Cute quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike and walking paths. Close to old Town Fort Collins.Very clean. Plenty of room to gather, rest or get ready for activities. Lots of small thoughtful touches that made our stay very pleasent.Great communication.

The townhouse was great for the 6 of us (3 couples). We loved having the bikes as an option to get around town and enjoyed being so close to New Belgium and not that much farther to Odells. The house is as pictured, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal plus more. Although there is construction next door, it was not happening during our stay. I also appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood.

Happy with the stay. Location and price were our priorities. House is clean, kitchen has good set of basic items needed. Provided dog bowl and bed were a nice touch. Communication good with owner.

Heids 60th Bday

The Cozy Townhome in Old Town North easily accommodated our family members as we were able to host a surprise bday party, and house family members, and 2 doggies. We loved the area, the kitchen, rooms and garage setup. The parks nearby were easy walking distance and the bikes were also an awesome touch. We would love to stay again. Dave and Heidi Vigil
