This place is a gem. I’m sad to say it bc we want it to not get busy but it truly is a rare peaceful beautiful oasis in the sea of playa chaos! Walking to every good restaurant and a fun pool. Love it.

Condo was excellent - clean comfortable and with much equipment every thing you need . Could not fault it. Lovely view from balcony.

Excellent condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking. The patio was nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. We appreciated the laundry in the unit as well. Small touches like books to read and pool floats were unexpected and very nice to have.

Beautiful place

This place was exactly how it’s pictured probably even better in person. So clean! Beautiful views! Short walk to 5th Ave. the pool is so clean the bar has cheap drinks and they are so yummy! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place. We will def be back.

Very nice place. Great location. Communication was good with host. Internet was out for a couple days. That was hard because I needed to do some work meetings. I also let them know I broke out with bed bug bites. That was acknowledged but pushed to the side. I’m now home and more bites are showing up. They tried to tell me the bites were sand fleas… I never went to the beach. We worked during the day, played golf, and went out to dinner. Otherwise we were in the condo. The view of Sun rises is amazing.

Your comfort and well-being are always our highest priority, and we take any concerns raised by our guests very seriously. Please know that we never dismiss or overlook issues of this nature. On the day of your checkout, we immediately engaged a team of licensed fumigation professionals to thoroughly inspect the condo for bed bugs. Their assessment confirmed that no evidence was found. Additionally, we have not received similar complaints from other guests, and the property continues to be rented regularly without incident. It’s important to note that in this region, insect bites can occur from a variety of outdoor sources. Nonetheless, we wanted to ensure due diligence was taken, and the fumigation team assured us that the condo is clean and free of pests. We truly value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address your concern with care and transparency.

Don’t go during sargassum season

Condo is great. Sargassum is so bad it smells horrific. Playa doesn’t maintain the beach so it’s covered in old smelly sea grass. Then when it taken off the beach they place it in the street next to the hotel.I feel bad giving a bad review because the condo itself is very nice and so is the building and owner etc. however the smell is so bad it made us want to leave.

Thank you for your comments. The Sargassum does tend to be worse at this time of year. However, there can be good and bad days depending on weather, etc. Unfortunately, we can't do much about Mother Nature, but it's great that you enjoyed the condo itself!
