The ocean view was spectacular. The rooms were very spacious. I highly recommend you stay there. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be coming back.

This is our 6th time staying at Summerwind and this condo is amazing. The pools are great and the beach is lovely. Would stay here again!

The beach view was amazing! Love this building! Non of the bathroom outlets worked and the floors werent really clean when we arrived very sticky!

Condo is very clean and exactly as described. The only reason I docked a star is because when we checked in the door code did not work. I had to reach out and ask for help, of which it was reprogrammed. And then 2 days later the door code quit working again and had to be refreshed.

Loved this place! Super clean and well cared for. It’s a perfect spot for family or just a couple. The view is beautiful. Staff was great to work with. Would stay again for sure:)

This condo is even more beautiful than the pics. Beds are comfortable and the unit is stocked with everything you could ask for. Don't hesitate to book this one!

The view was breath taking. You didn’t even have to go to the beach to enjoy it. It was clean! The condo is beautiful! Nice kitchen and laundry room! Great view from the living room and master! Comfortable living area. Nice bathrooms. The condo is in a perfect location we went to Pensacola, Fort Walton, and Destin all short drives. My family loved it! I would recommend it to anyone!

Someone came to the door from maintenance with no warning and proceeded to o0en the door. Very disturbing

besides being just a cute room to come back to everyday, that was just about the only thing this unit had. the washing machine was in need a wash cycle as it had sand and buildup inside the agitator, the dryer took several times to dry towels because the vent in the back is so squished and it also had some molding on the seal. In the evenings if you were sleeping on the bunk end of the unit the there was some sort of very loud noise from exhaust fans that was like a loud airplane hovering over you all half the night and if it was windy it would blow through that area by the elevator and whistle through the front door. I have never stayed in a condo for vacation before and this will probe our last time doing that.

The owner was gracious to let us have a little bit earlier check in time due to the bridge closing for 2 hours the day we arrived! Thank you so much! Balcony view was incredible, no issues with beach or pool access and we had a front row seat watching tropical storm Bertha blow in! The condo was spotless and very cozy. We loved our time here in Navarre and the condo allowed for that. We have 4 kiddos and everyone fit comfortably each having their own bed. The master bed and pillows are out of this world comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place to my close friends and family.
