Minimum age requirement. Registered guest must be 25 years of age or old and must be staying in the property.

Salty Hammocks #B3, Oceanview, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in an oceanfront complex.  Just a little over 1 mile from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk which offers entertainment, shopping and variety of dining options for the entire family. Enjoy a Sunday night outdoor movie at the Lake!  This Unit is furnished with love and offers all the comforts of home having a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig & regular drip coffee maker and all the accessories.  Washer and Dryer, 2 Smart TVs with Wifi.  There are a few beach chairs, sand toys, etc. stored in the back bedroom closet.  Enjoy lots of outdoor living space from one of the 3 balconies.  Parking for 2 Vehicles.  Community Pool, available from Mid May - Mid September, dates are determined by the HOA.

As of April 21, 2025 - Pool is open for the season.

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are included.

****Parking***** Parking is unassigned for 2 vehicles (No OverSized Vehicles) (ask Reservationists for details) No Boats, Trailers, Campers etc. Allowed. There are bays under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate.  2 spaces cannot be guaranteed - based on availability. First come, first serve. Golf Carts are permitted, Gas Only (HOA does not permit carts to be plugged in onsite).  Golf cart considered a vehicle and must have a parking pass displayed in the driver’s side window.  If guest parks a golf cart, this will use 1 or the 2 spaces for parking. 

**Exterior surveillance cameras are present on the deck(s).  Homeowners are committed to shutting off immediately upon arrival and not reactivating until after scheduled departure time**

Overall great stay! Kitchen is well equipped and lots of chairs/beach toys are available. Love the views from the balcony and being so close to the pool. Check out procedure set by management company is a bit much but would absolutely stay again!

Condo view was great, Very close to beach, description was accurate. Could have been cleaner. I did have to scrub the guest bath tub after I got there and the master bathroom cabinets had hairs in them. There was a ceiling leak above the sink and we had to have a fan running for a few days ( that was out of their control). There was also a very strong smell of marijuana every day/evening coming from another unit. overall the place ok as we spent slit of time on the beach.

First, the parking at this place is horrible. We watched people wreck into the electric box by the pool and another person back into the building because the area to park is so small. We weren’t able to drive anywhere because when you’d come back there would be no parking spots available. Everything in this place looked like it was straight from a thrift shop. The nicest thing about it was the decorations. Coach and chair extremely uncomfortable but I could tell that from the pictures. Second day there I found a large roach in the kitchen which I guess I can expect down south but it was still unsettling since the place already felt dirty. They state in the description they have beach chairs and toys. The beach chairs were rusted literally shut. We had to go out and buy our own which had they not said these items were available I would have brought my own instead of wasting money. You can hear the neighbors. I didn’t have to set an alarm because there’s woke me up. They did clean the pool every day and it was easy access to the beach. If you want to go anywhere but the beach it’s too far of a walk and there’s no sidewalks…remember if you take your car you will be searching for a space when you return. Overall it wasn’t my top vacation.
