Spacious Condo with Wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay. We had plenty of room and the corner unit with a small backyard was perfect for having our dog with us. Amazing location in Tolovana neighborhood- conveniently located by the market, playground across the street and easy beach access. We loved utilizing the condo complex pool during our stay as well!

This location was very nice, quiet, walking distance to the beach (20min to Haystack), but still a car needed to go to dinner in downtown Cannon Beach. There's a significant hill between this location and Pelican Brewing for example with no adequate sidewalks or street lights. One of the best things about this location was the grocery store literally right next door. Very clutch. Beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Came with a new bag of Sleepy Monk ground coffee, which was excellent.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and very clean unit. However renters should know that it does not have air conditioning nor does it have fans which can be a problem during summer heat waves.

Nice weekend

Great Stay in Cannon Beach

We had a great holiday weekend in Cannon Beach. House was as advertised. Great location with easy walk to the beach and being next door to the grocery store was convenient.

Overall, we had a good stay. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great living area. Great location and has garage for parking. Stocked well with towels and some detergent and lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware.Condo needs some updating and has minor maintenance issues: needs new sliding screen door, main bath sink was almost completely clogged upon arrival and garbage disposal also not functioning well. Kitchen is not stocked with any non perishable food items like tea, coffee, spices, flour, etc. and only had some Saran Wrap. Perhaps a little pricey for needing an update but ease of rental and checkin/out was good. Can’t beat location next to store and across from Mo’s.

Our beach stay!

It was great for our family. Two young children, two adults and one small dog. We really were only there at night to sleep, otherwise at the beach! The kids used the pool only one time. The condo was nice, but it would not sleep 8 comfortably, but was great for four. We would rent again!

Sliding glass door didn't work properly and someone came to look, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. It was a minor detail.

Reviewer Comments: It was cozy for a rainy kind of trip to the beach. 2 bedrooms were handy with a second bed in one of the rooms. fireplace and heating system was responsive and warm. Like all places on the coast the wet environment definitely takes a toll on the wood and this place was no exception. But with that said everything was nice you could just feel and see the decay. Great games, blankets, kitchen ware and lighting. (I draw a lot)

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! We really enjoyed our stay though improvement needed on the cleaning. Called office about an issue and no one answered. Wouldn't mention these issues but paid large fees for cleaning and staff availability for issues.

Beach Condo

Our stay at the Sandcastle Condo C-1 was good. It was a pretty good location for Cannon Beach and we had a great time hanging out. The condo did have a musty smell and there was some water damage on the walls in the dining room. We were surprised that there was no complimentary coffee at the Condo. Every VRBO we have rented has always had complimentary coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The condo does need an update. The pool looked dirty and there was no hot tub or at least it was boarded up.

vrbo managed by a management companywe have stayed in this location several times. there are now some things in disrepair and it was lacking some of the basic vrbo amenitiesdisrepair : hole in screen off of dining room making it unable to leave glass door open due to screen hole.blind in main bedroom very difficult to use and broken slatscloset door in bedroomRT side very difficult/ unable to opensliding door off of dining very hard to closelackign basics in kitchen (no oil, foil, plastic wrap) laundry- minimal laundry soap, no softener. bathroom(needed more TP, no shampoo, cleanser, conditioner)
