Our stay here was amazing! The facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was literally amazing - close to EVERYTHING! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.Only think that would be nice would the ability to control the temp of the pool - we had a few unseasonably chilly days and the pool was too cold to swim in but we couldn't turn the pool warmer.Overall, though, 10/10 stay!!!

Family Tides Get Away.

Great place and close enough to walk to a lot of activities, restaurants, bars, beach, etc.

Family Tides B was a very clean and beautifully decorated home, lots of towels and beach supplies. Beautiful pool area, patio outdoor grill area! The Rooftop deck was our absolute favorite! You can sit up there for Sunrise and Sunset and the view of the Gulf was amazing! The beach was low key and quiet during our stay, literally steps to the beach which was so wonderful and convenient! Just a quick drive to Ana Maria Island! The only downfall to us was a outdoor restaurant on the corner had very loud music especially on Friday night from the main bedroom. Glad we brought our sound machine. However this is a beautiful home, very well cared for, very clean and spacious, we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for your hospitality Family Tides!

Ideal location

This was a last minute getaway and our first trip to Bradenton Beach. A majority of the Island was open as some businesses were still recovering from the hurricane. This place is steps from the beach and steps from Bridge Street which has a 10 PM noise ordinance which was observed. The house itself was great. The interior was tastefully decorated and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and updated as well as the kitchen which had any supplies necessary. The pool area was clean and quiet (until the downstairs tenants arrived) The owners were very accommodating with early check in and later check out requests. They were quick to respond to our text/emails. We would definitely return to the island and rent here again, or another one of their other properties. Only one suggestion, the master bedroom needs new pillows
