Great host! I extended my stay multiple times and they made it easy for me. The place was in a good area and very quiet neighbors. Perfect for my work stay.

Great place right next to the Campbell Creek path. I stayed with my 14 yo son and everything was great and close to the description on VRBO.

Perfect

Great stay! The property could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t anything crazy. Perfect place to rest, and see the city. Located near food spots, smoke shops, parks, and more! Nice quiet little area.

Great central Anchorage landing pad

We have activities spread all over Anchorage and the surrounding area. This little townhome served as a perfect base camp for us. Close to a walking trail we used daily! Checking in and out was smooth and it had all the basics we needed, including the washer and dryer, which helped as we accidentally under packed (who ever does that?). Would stay again.

Nice for a quick trip!

It was a decent place and bed was super comfortable. It was a bit dirty, there was hair in the shower and on the walls. Overall not terrible tho, besides a couple things.

Good!

Weird area, and only 1 parking spot. Could hear neighbors easily. But easy to check in. Had washer and dryer, pet friendly, and close to everything in anchorage!

Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. The property was in need of a deep clean and repair and I pointed this out to the host. I found a used eyelash in the upstairs bathroom, long black hair and likely pubic hair in tub. I spent two hours cleaning with my own supplies and ultimately the host was extremely rude, didn’t want to compensate me for any of my time spent cleaning and cancelled my reservation, effective the following day at 1pm. This put me in a bad situation, scrambling to find another place to stay for me and my two cats. (This was approved for animals as well)There is nothing boutique, quaint or charming about this place. Let alone a basic standard of cleanliness. It’s by a well known homeless encampment area where there was human feces in the designated parking spot for this place. Save yourself the money and hassle and book elsewhere.

Great return to society and comfort after Denali! We used the washer and dryer a lot and both worked well. Same for the fridge and TVs. In our tired state, we missed the bedding for the futon, but talked with the owner and found it.One improvement could be a better blackout curtain for downstairs. Otherwise, no complaints!Note that the washer dryer is upstairs next to the bed in a closet. With the door closed and enjoying the soft bed, ot was no issue for us. A very light sleeper may hear it though.

Longterm and shorttimers rental was on an inner court not explained took looking at a directions map to realize did not get code for a longtime for door. Couch bed broken only enuf coffee for one morning. Not enuf tp for stay. Wanted to extend stay communication did not go well. Price was jacked to double besided. Went to a hotel

We monitor chats between 9am-6pm and have an phone number listed to call for urgent matters. We responded promptly at 9:10am and then did not hear from you again. We deeply apologize that there was not enough toilet paper. We are close by and always willing to drop some off, just let us know.

Building is older and appears to be low-income housing. The amenities were lacking, one glass and two mugs, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the week, and laundry detergent bottles were empty. The table was counter height and had one counter height chair and one regular height chair. The kitchen had an odor to it. The door and windows did not have any screens on them to allow in fresh air. The bedroom had stains on the carpet, appeared to be from a previous tenant with a pet, possibly. The unit was older but clean. The location was good to get around to see the area. It is near a creek and walking trail but homeless people are camped out there.
