This place was immaculate and very well stocked and very well laid out and minimally full of things. We were just there one night so we could go to the airport next day so I didn’t get to use too much of it, but I greatly appreciated the very comfy beds and linens and having two baths. It was a great place!

This is a very nice, comfortable 2-story town house. I wish we had been staying more than one night - the upstairs tv area, the LR, and the kitchen/DR table all looked like great places to hang out. Very convenient to airport and to downtown. Bedside lights and plenty of electric outlets (never a sure thing!).

This condo is exactly as described. It worked perfectly for our two couples. Amenities included were very nice. The location is a short drive to food, drinks and activities. One note to renter, after entering the access code on the keypad, allow around 10 seconds for the door to actually unlock. It isn’t instantaneous. Owners response is very quick and cordial. I recommend this condo in Anchorage.

Nice clean and spacious apartment to stay. No pictures of the outside in listing that I noticed, so I didn’t realize it was an apartment building and my Lyft drivers seemed to have a hard time finding it and always drove past. But once I realized it was one of those apartment buildings and saw the street number on the building, it was easy to get to. Would be nice to have outdoor chairs for the balcony

The town house is in an 1970s or 1980s apartment complex. It's been largely renovated but it needs some more work. There is a cracked window on the first floor. The crank windows in the two upstairs bedrooms are rotting.The house is super well stocked. It just needs some additional updating/renovating.

The location is right in the middle of the city. Great area, Carlie is very responsive as a host and I would stay here again if I was in Anchorage.

Great experience at this place. Easy and convenient when staying for a short stay. We checked in at 11pm and out at 10am, so we didn't stay long. The essentials were provided, and we had a good night's sleep and a hot shower. Tips: The rooms are both upstairs. Bring your own paper towels, as none are provided. Also reference the welcome binder for the most updated internet access information. Thank you to the hosts for allowing the reservation.

Very nice property, clean, with a nice kitchen. Having a washer and dryer available was really nice as well. I had trouble parking my truck in the spot, but the owner was very helpful leading me to the alternative parking spot. I highly recommend a stay here!
