Enjoy a fabulous vacation in luxurious Barrington Court! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa has an open floor plan with room to socialize throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living space and patio offer phenomenal ocean views! Take advantage of the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!
The Barrington complex has a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach. Barrington Court has everything you will need for your next family vacation.
**WINDOW/DOOR AND RECOATING PROJECT scheduled for Barrington Arms Building tentatively scheduled for November 2026 until March 22nd, 2027. What to expect: Scaffolding & construction noise** (Updated 8/26/26)
** ELEVATOR REPLACMENT tentatively scheduled to begin January 2, 2027**
Project Timeline and Outage Schedule:
Fall 2026 (Preparatory Work): Initial preliminary work will begin. This work will not impact daily elevator operations.
First Week of January 2027 (Full Shutdown): The elevator will be taken completely out of service to begin the heavy upgrade work. This phase will take 4 to 6 weeks.
Mid-to-Late February 2027 (Testing): An additional 1 to 2 weeks will be dedicated to strict acceptance testing and demobilization.
Early March 2027 (Completion): We expect the fully modernized elevator to be back in service on or before the first week of March 2027.

Great unit with a lovely view of the beach. The complex was delayed on the renovation project while we were there which was disappointing. Our host did great with compensation. The complex should be in fantastic shape now that the renovation project is complete!

Great property
We loved the location and ease of getting in and out of this property. The condo was very nice and clean!

Christmas trip
The condo was great. Had everything we needed. Great location to golf courses and restaurants and love the water view

LOVED everything !! Wish there was a place to eat on the site & the hot tub worked, but either way loved everything!

The Hilton head vacation
The place was nice and the description was accurate, the place itself can use some updates is kind of old.

Beautiful property - very quiet.
Check-in process was seamless. Property was beautiful and well appointed! Very clean! Location superb! Great pool and hot tub and right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise location.

Beautiful views from both bedrooms. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced but otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful Property
My friend and I drove down for the weekend from Asheville between meetings there. From the beginning to the end of our stay, we loved everything about the property. The views were spectacular and the location was perfect. I expect to return with my family to visit again!

Quick Getaway
Spacious and clean! Easy access to pool and beach! Excellent location within 10 - 15 mins of Shelter Cove and Coligny Plaza!

The main bed was atrocious, sagging with a depressed middle and beyond uncomfortable. The couches nor chair in the living room were also not comfortable. The condo needs upgrades and modernized. Shower curtains are gross and were not even long enough for the tub. Sinks don’t drain well.

We love HHI and enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday there!
I loved everything about this property, it had awesome views with a bit of privacy from the trees. Every night around 9pm we could stand on our balcony and watch the deer graze and even chase eash other at times, they even came up next to the landscaping right in front of us and beside of us. I love that our code for the room was sent to us, our parking passes were mailed to us and checkout was a breeze, the entire stay was contactless and uninterrupted. I highly recommend this place!

Ocean front perfect full view feels private.
This unit has a perfect view of the ocean and gardens below. Easy access to the beach. Off to the side of the busyness of the pool. Condo 312 is peaceful and very well set up. We did have a problem with the refrigerator which our property manager immediately took care of. We will be back. This unit is set up perfectly for two couples or a sister trip with plenty of privacy for each.

Anniversary trip
Great views nice condo. Screen and sliders were a little rough. Need some re adjustments maybe. Screen had quite a few tears.

Would recommend a broom for sand or small rug inside the door ! Also missed having a toaster !
Overall very small inconveniences and enjoyed the condo!

Condo was great and the view even better! Overall our stay was wonderful. The condo was immaculate. The reason for 4 stays is we did have issues with the showers. One was leaking into the condo next door and we were unable to use it for 2 days. The shower in the master bedroom doesn’t drain great (and the shower curtain isn’t quite wide enough). I will say, however, that the management company was very responsive and took care of the leaking shower in a timely manner. Only other “complaint” is the sliding door took some muscle to close. I debated on the 4 star rating bc everything aside from having 5 women and one shower out of commission for two days, was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again! Watching the sunrise on the balcony is a must!

Excellent unit with a fantastic location
The location and layout of the unit were as advertised. However, the sleep number bed in the master bedroom which was advertised in the description of the unit made our rating only a 4 and not a 5. The bed did not have any controls for the sleep number. This bed was completely deflated, flat and extremely hard. By the end of the week, we experienced bad problems with our backs.
The managers did provide good customer service. We would recommend this unit to friends and family and we would love to stay there again next year ONLY if the bed in the master bedroom is replaced.

With regards to the sleep number bed, we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Often times previous guests will unplug this feature and it does not always get plugged back in. We have made a note of this issue and will make sure future guests do not encounter this same problem. The condo was beautiful with a great view of the beach and ocean. The elevator was broken for about 3 days which was terrible to try to drag all our things up the stairs for 3 days. It was terrible.
