Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.) 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm

Check Out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.

While this is not a pet friendly property, from time to time the owner of the property has a dog on the premises.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
