Our entire family enjoyed our stay so much! Having so many bedrooms with King beds and so many bathrooms is ideal for multiple families. The proximity to the beach is so convenient and the beach was not crowded and often felt secluded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in the home and we loved having 2 refrigerators! Stacy was also very responsive during the entire process!

Home away from home!

Wonderful Vacation

This was one of my favorite vacations, and we’ve been on over 20 consecutive vacations with family. The house was just perfect for our family and the owner, Stacy, was amazing and so easy to communicate with. Great views and easy walk to the beach.

Stacy was great to work with and very accommodating! Flights were cancelled and got in a day later than expected and Stacy made everyone feel welcome. Home was perfect for the 17 of us. Big enough to stay out of each others way but small enough to gather everyone nightly. Extremely clean and delightfully decorated. The location was great, a 30 second walk across the street to the beach. Pool was very nice as well as clean and the little loves it. Couldn’t say anything negative about the home. Perfect!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans. The front deck had wonderful views of the ocean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach.Stacy was very responsive with a few questions we had.

Vacation

The property was amazing for a little getaway with friends. I haven’t had a better experience with a house and communication from and owner like this trip. I would highly recommend booking here, and I am definitely going to rebook this property in the future!

Knotty Knotty was just as advertised. Spacious and well appointed. Outstanding views from every angle. Stacy was very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Gorgeous views, great house

House is very well equipped, Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Beautiful views of ocean & sound. Stacy was very pleasant to work with throughout and came to help immediately when the elevator stopped working, saving the day for our elderly pup!

Family Vacation at Topsail

Absolutely loved our stay. Our host, Stacy, was so responsive and helpful!! Location was perfect for our family - number of bedrooms and bathrooms and just a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the private pool every day. So private yet just a quick drive to Surf City. Elevator was important to us since one person had limited mobility. Visiting the turtle hospital was a great adventure for the grandchildren. Would highly recommend this home for a large family.

Fantastic Property and Manager!

This is a fantastic home for those with multiple families, and/or friend groups. Home had everything you need for cooking, beds were super comfortable and property manager was super responsive; Stacey went above and beyond on short-notice after a terrible experience with another VRBO on Topsail Island. Thank you so much for your kindness, honesty and transparency, Stacey! Would return again.

Knotty

Great property in NTI with plenty of room for a large extended family. Pool and outdoor shower are a nice to have. Beach access is close by and 4 empty lots in front of the house give a great ocean view. New houses being built on both sides so a bit of construction activity and noise but it looks like both houses will be finished soon.

Definitely needs some TLC. The entire house needs to be painted. The sofa in the main room is in bad shape and needs to be replaced. It is kinda gross hanging out on a couch that has a sofa cover ( especially for the price that we paid to stay here)

Fun and Sun!

What an amazing week we had with the whole family! Ocean views, sand under our feet, waves to ride, a pool to hang out in and get crazy, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and a truly lovely house for us all to gather in and make memories to last a lifetime were just some of the awesome features of the week at Topsail! We couldn't have asked for a better place to accommodate four families and two very special grandpas. ❤️ The elevator made for smoothe transitions from one floor to another and the inside and outside spaces were perfect. Cooking our favorite "shrimp boil" was so easy and sitting together to enjoy it was even better! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at a home away from home. We loved it all!!

Fantastic property, perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. Easy beach access across the street, and a nice pool for the days when the beach was too hot. The kitchen is very well stocked with great cookware and appliances, with plenty of dishes and flatware for a crowd. Lots of beach chairs available as well! Two refrigerators and a pantry made food storage easy. The house has a great layout, with a lovely ocean view. Stacy is a fabulous host, and very responsive to every question we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Top rate except a chair is needed in each bedroom and the matresses could use an upgrade, especially the cots. The kitchen was great so we prepared several large meals there. We were also pleased with the elevater. One night the power went out during our meal preparation, but we ate what was prepared. Next year we will bring more
