4BR/3BA, Sleeps 16, Large Oceanfront, Balcony

We had the AC company out same day to fix the PTAC unit. My handyman was out there same day t dry the water. Of curse they asked for a refund but our policy is that if we fix the issue within 24 hours which we did there is no refund. This is not true. We have had multiple guests out there since and none of compalined. We update and replace as items break in the unit. We have updated many things in this unit including applandes, bed headboards and furniture as well as light fixtures. Also guest said there were no lightbulbs but we leave extra light bulbs in thecabinets of the kitchen for exactly this reason. They admitted afterwards that they never called us or checked the cabinets for that issue.

Guest never gave us a chance to resolve any issues. See all of my other 5 star reviews for this unit. The furniture is different because it has been replaced with new furniture. Paint is not dangerous as it is water not lead based. We paint these units in the winter but they get a lot of use especially the 4 bedroom units throughout the year. This was an uinreasonable review. The shower curtains could all have been replaced the same day as the cleaning company gives us a guarentee to make things right. We are checking on the stove and will replace it if this is true.
