A cozy clean home with a big beautiful private yard. The Host paid attention to the details and we felt like we were staying in a real home. Everything from the decorating to the amenities were done with care and good taste. The location is great also. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately this wasn’t a vacation. Tim was so understanding and accommodating with my pets. I first planned to bring them, then didn’t have to due to great friends stepping up. Tim promptly reimbursed me. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. The back yard is beautiful and relaxing. Great place to stay.

The house is beautifully decorated and the back yard is an oasis for sure. Our dog loved it! Just FYI: no shoes in the house so take cozy socks or house shoes. Also, be familiar with the kwikset app for the door lock.

We had a great stay at this location. comfotable, clean, and had everything you would need in the kitchen. backyard was relaxing. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful as well.

This place was a gem! Perfect distance to recreating. The house was clean, spacious, and the AC stayed cool! Stocked with snacks & coffee, and plenty of room for groceries/leftovers. We LOVED the backyard. We were outside playing soccer, we played in the hose, and had a fire one night. 5/5 experience and would book again.

Nice house outside of Charlotte. The house is located far enough away from the city that you are not surrounded by the busy city lifestyle, yet close enough you can drive into the city whenever you wanted. Overall, I would stay at this house again if we go back to Charlotte.

The house was beautifully decorated and included anything we might need, including an inflatable mattress and some mint tea to help with an upset stomach. We would love to book there again when we visit my daughter and her family in Gastonia.

This property is something out of a storybook. From the home's facade to every interior detail, to the grounds outdoors. Everything was carefully thought out, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Our pup who usually dislikes grass, had a grand time running through the yard. The neighborhood is peaceful, though one thing i do have to mention is the trains that pass during the night. The first two nights I was awoken rather abruptly by the blaring train horns. Thank you to our amazing host, from every check -in to clear cut instructions on check-in and out. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property!

Absolutely loved our stay. We brought our dog and spent most of our stay in the backyard, which had lovely landscaping. Plenty of lounge furniture, space for our dog to run around, and the inside was one of the cleanest and best equipped houses we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. Truly enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the future!

Delivers on its promise

We were in the area for a baseball tournament. Perfect little house to stay, as it was centrally located and near a highway. The yard was immaculate, which added to the stay. Upper end appliances, nice TV, and a clean property.

Perfect stay for my family!!

I got this rental for some family members to stay in for my grandsons first birthday. They said the pictures do it no justice. It was beautiful and my daughter said they had everything!! The backyard is very big and nice!! Would rent again!

Great place to stay

Just as pictured! The cottage style house was perfect. The backyard was an oasis! It was kept up beautifully. And the host was awesome with communication. The only negative about this stay was that the deposit was super high (3000) and that we didn’t get it back until exactly 14 days after the check out date.

First time to the area.

Property owners/managers were the best. Immediately responsive to our questions. Absolutely all needs of home living was provided while so many small personal touches were evident throughout home. February stay prevented us from enjoying backyard but it was great for our four legged family member. Overall would highly recommend. Centralized for visiting Lake Norman, Fort Nill or Charlotte. They take good care of the property and it is stocked with pretty much everything you need. The common areas and backyard are very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. The backyard is definitely a highlight! The host is very responsive if you need anything and makes sure you have gotten settled in. The only downside is that there are a lot of cameras outside the property and they definitely keep an eye on them and the host will contact you. I understand wanting to have an eye on the property if something goes wrong, but it seems like these homeowners are taking it a little too far and invading privacy.

Beautiful home

This property is exactly as desribed in the listing. Very nice and comfortable. The outside is like an oasis, very welcoming. The only issue we had was there is no hot water in the kitchen. We made it work but was a bit of an inconvience. I'm sure had if I had reached out they would have came and fixed it but we had alot of plans while we were there.
