By far my favorite spot in all of Seaside. I loved the seclusion, yet it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and the beach!

Beach family time !

Very unique cabin in the woods feel which was peaceful and lovely! Enjoyed the place very much… and beach nearby too!

Great time on the Canal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week relaxing on the screened in deck and admiring the water lilies on the canal. House had everything we needed to cook meals and great restaurants nearby for when we wanted to be lazy! Beds were comfy and we all slept well after a day of biking, walking and laying on the ⛱️

Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our time here, it's a great location and the house is set up well for a family. We would definitely stay here again.

So close to the town of Seaside

My family loves to hang out in Seaside and this house is close to the town center. We walked and rode bikes all around.

Beautiful area

Location is awesome. Cleaning company did a poor job of cleaning before we arrived. Maintenance issues need to be addressed. The location is absolutely amazing. A little TLC and some deferred maintenance taken care of and this home would be amazing.

Family beach trip

The house was perfect! Comfortable & well located. The strict checkin time was the only frustrating thing. Standing on the hot porch with bags and groceries after a long drive at 3:45 pm and the code doesn’t work until 4:01 while Sun is beaming on us.

A Rejuvenating Stay

This home felt warm and inviting the moment we stepped through the front door. It's as if we'd be coming here our entire lives. We will be back.

One of my husbands favorites!

Yet is was just close enough for my kiddos to go make their rounds through seaside with easy access. This home had plenty of room for the 6 of us and was the perfect for the trip. We enjoyed the Canal of a good time. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s a cozy house perfect for a family vacation. The location is good. We rented a golf cart which made it very easy and quick to get to a lot of places. The deck area was very nice and relaxing. The communication with the rental company was good. I didn’t need anything in the kitchen. Pretty much everything needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Updates

Overall not bad. These are suggestions for the property. A full matching set of cookware would be nice. The kitchen is not safe. There isn’t a vent for cooking, microwave below stove top. I would remodel kitchen to prevent accidents with those staying on the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was very nice, well stocked. Loved the porches and open kitchen which was conducive to visiting. Would recommend adding additional light along walking paths and driveway at night which can be a bit tricky to navigate at night. As it near many beach accesses it is very difficult to find parking to accommodate your golf cart.
