"Crystal Blue Persuasion" is an utterly charming 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Carriage House located in the heart of desirable Blue Mountain Beach. This newly constructed property is adjacent to the main property, which sits directly on Big Redfish Lake. There are several beach access points in the area, with the closest being 1 block from the property.
Features of the carriage house include a full kitchen with stainless appliances, living area with 50" TV and a counter with seating for two. The bedroom features a king bed and a full bath with dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower.
The Blue Mountain Beach area is conveniently located on Scenic Hwy 30-A, making "Crystal Blue Persuasion" the perfect retreat for a beach getaway. In addition, Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including bike trails and shopping and is located near Grayton Beach State Park. Additionally, the home features deeded and public beach access points.
