This is one of the best houses we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Ed has thought of everything. The house was fully stocked with appropriate appliances, games, pool/beach equipment. It was amazing. It was conveniently located near the Cape May Zoo and a 10 minute drive from the beach. The pool & backyard area were by far the star of the show. Plenty of seating, pool toys, a massive game and backyard area separate from the pool area. We came very excited for our stay and it exceeded our expectations! We were a large group and never felt crowded or in each other’s space. Highly recommend!!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at this amazing property. Everything about this house is perfect for my family. It's immaculate and has everything you could want for your pool & beach house. There are plenty of games and pool toys for every age. The owner added a whole playground since the last time we stayed there. My 4 granddaughters loved every minute of our vacation. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. The pool & hot tub are very spacious, plenty of outdoor eating areas with 2 grills and the outdoor gazebo and couches are huge & comfortable.We went to Stone Harbor beach, Wildwood Boardwalk and Cape May which were all great, but honestly my family was most happy just to stay on the property and in the pool. Ed the owner is a great host and responds instantly to any questions or requests. Thank you Ed for your hospitality and providing my family a great property to vacation at. I'm sure we will return next year.

Ed was a great host. He met us at the house when we arrived and explained everything. He was very prompt in answering my questions. When I couldn't figure out the bike pump he was there 5 minutes later at 9AM. The property was wonderful. We had ages 76 to 3 and we had a great time. The pool was a big hit, especially the water slide. Also the water basketball was fun. The house had everything we needed. It's gorgeous. I definitely recommend this place and would go there again. We also went to the county zoo. It is the best free zoo I've ever saw. We also loved Stone Harbor Beach. The beach passes are a plus.

What an amazing place to stay! Twelve of my adult family members stayed comfortably in the house, and another 5 visited all day everyday. The house was very clean and had any all amenities you could need. We spent just about everyday grilling and hanging out in the pool and jacuzzi. The karaoke machine was a huge hit and we sat under the gazebo singing all night. The host Ed was fantastic, from communication, check in, and recommendations for fireworks and restaurants, he couldn’t have been better. The location was great, next to everything you could need, and a short drive to different beaches, golf courses, and the zoo. We would definitely book here again. The Liddon’s.

We had a fantastic time at Ed's. The property is well appointed, there was plenty of space and entertainment for our group of adults and kids across 3 generations.

Beautiful home, very clean and well kept. Location was great, close to the beach, plenty of dining options locally, short drive to Wildwood and Atlantic City was certainly a plus. Having two full kitchens the outdoor grill plus flat top grill made preparing meals for our 16 guests very easy and less stressful. Everything was better then what we saw in the pictures prior to booking. Immaculate inside and outside the home and the pool plus hot tub was the cherry on top. We spent alot of time enjoying the covered seating area by the pool. Very relaxing and peaceful! Last but not least Ed the owner was truly pleasant to deal with. He made sure every question we had was answered. Ed genuinely made us feel like it was very important to him that our family had a great vacation ( thats hard to find these days). We were there to celebrate my mother turning 80 and Ed went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for our wedding week and truly could not have asked for a better property or host! Ed was AMAZING from beginning to end. He stayed in touch for months leading up to our stay, offered recommendations, helped us plan our wedding setup, and even generously let us check in at 10am. My bridesmaids arrived before us and he gave them a full tour, showed them how everything worked, and remained available throughout our stay. You can truly tell how much love and thought he has put into this property.The house was spotless, spacious, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly need. We loved that the two floors could function separately while still keeping our group together.The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous! We hosted our hibachi rehearsal dinner under the pavilion and transformed it for our wedding ceremony. The beautiful lawn and landscaping were perfect for our first look and wedding photos. The heated pool, waterslide, games and seating made it feel like our own private resort—and our daughter even had her first swim here!The location was great too—about 5 minutes to Starbucks and the Cape May Zoo, 10 minutes to Stone Harbor and 15 minutes to Walmart. The listing photos are accurate but somehow still don’t do this place justice. Our guests raved about it all week, and several already want to come back every year. This property will always hold such a special place in our memories. Thank you, Ed!

The property is amazing!!! The pool and pavilion are stellar and made our family experience all the greater! Ed, the owner was a superb host and made certain that our every need was addressed, before our stay! Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved this property! We had a fantastic stay — the house was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and stores, which made everything super easy. The home itself was perfect, and we made great use of the pool and spacious yard. Edmund was very responsive and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway!

I can't even put into words how AMAZING this property is!!!! Our host Ed has thought of every single thing imaginable for every age group. Our family is a group of cooks that were in awe over the kitchens...yes, kitchens...and every single gadget and more that you can think of that you might need! We were here for a college graduation trip over this Memorial Day weekend; the weather was dismal but the fun had at The Pavilion was not...the pool and hot tub were heated and got plenty of enjoyment, the covered outside area with bluetooth speakers were a hit, and the karaoke machine topped off our family singing til 3 am every night! The location is excellent for a short drive to beach and restaurants in Stone Harbor and to Wildwoods and Cape May property. The ACME grocery store is literally 1 minute away. We had family in from Texas that had never been to Jersey...this house and stay made them fall in love with the Garden State! Thank you Ed for having us!

We appreciate all the amenities, activities, and space the house has to offer. It was perfect for our family of all age ranges -- everyone could do as they please without intruding on one another, whether it be relaxing inside, swimming in the pool or spa, or enjoying the yard and playplace. Not to mention all the choices of board games and pool floaties! The host was very accommodating and available for any questions. Would highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen has all the usual required equipment and much more. We cooked several gourmet meals and even found a garlic press in the gadget drawer! Outdoor facilities are spectacular from grilling to playing in the pool. We all loved it, and the owner is attentive and available whenever needed. We'd love to go back again.

Check-in and check-out went smooth. The property was exactly as expected. We enjoyed the pool area the most. There were lots of things to do nearby. The host was easy to communicate with. One day my son-in-law asked if there was an air fryer in our kitchen, asked Ed if there was one. He said no. Within 2 days an air fryer was delivered to the house. Overall a 10 out of ten!

Amazing house, amazing location!

This house is fantastic—extremely clean, functional, updated, and comfortable. We had 18 people (adults, teens, kids, and a baby), and everyone loved this place. We grilled burgers and hot dogs, played cornhole and other yard games in the grass, swam in the pool, and used the hot tub. So fun! And the location is great— there’s a grocery store two minutes away, and beaches and boardwalks and shopping are all just a short drive. Plenty of restaurants right near the house too. The owner, Edmund, was very attentive and prompt with answering any questions that we had, and even made a quick trip to let us back in after we locked ourselves out. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Venue for a Special Celebration!

We rented The Pavilion to host my daughter’s baby shower, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Edmund went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful and hands-on, taking the time to show us how everything worked and where to find anything we might need. He thought of everything!The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable—everyone in our group commented on how great the beds were! It had everything we needed and more.The pool, hot tub, and yard games were a huge hit and provided hours of fun for both the adults and kids. It truly felt like a mini resort getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a more gracious host. I highly recommend The Pavilion for any special event or relaxing family gathering!

Spectacular vacation home that exceeds all expectations!

Four families came down to stay at this remarkable home for a lovely week. We were a total of 8 adults and 8 children age 12-16. The home was truly exceptional in every way. The photos and virtual tour are highly accurate. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The owner has placed a ton of attention into every little detail. It would be difficult to say what this home lacks, because it has far more than we expected. From all the high end interior finishes, to the luxurious pool and pavilion, to the outdoor grills, to the extra appliances, to the gym equipment, to the landscaping, and fun toys… everything was given thought. More impressive than the home itself, is the owner. He provided excellent communication leading up to our stay. He met us at check in and greeted us with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. He maintained communication with us throughout the stay to ensure we were satisfied. We have never met an owner this spectacular - “Superhost” doesn’t do him justice. We loved our stay, wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and would highly recommend to anyone.

We booked this property for a family reunion and to celebrate our grandmother's birthday. We had 16 people and two small dogs stay over. It was the PERFECT property. The home is big enough that everyone can split off and do their own thing while still remaining close to each other. At any given time, we had people playing in the heated pool, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying a BBQ on the deck, or hanging out inside to play board games. There was never a shortage of activities to do at the home or around the area. The dogs were able to enjoy the yard located by the pool area and we were able to let them run around without having to worry about them being hurt or slipping through the fence. Ed keeps the house stocked with anything you might need and was extremely attentive. We were running into issues connecting to the speakers located on the deck and Ed was there to help before we were able to finish troubleshooting ourselves! He was seriously an amazing host and worked to ensure we were able to relax on our vacation. Our whole party really enjoyed the home and we will definitely be back for any future reunions we may want to have. This was the perfect home away from home and such a wonderful experience. You will not regret staying here! It was one of the most stress-free, relaxing vacations we've had - even with a hectic house filled with multiple people and two dogs!

June 2025 Dance Trip

We recently had the pleasure of staying here while attending the Nationals Dance Competition, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!The outdoor area was truly a standout feature of our stay. The pool area was enormous and impeccably maintained, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. We loved the abundance of umbrellas, lounge chairs, and pool toys. The yard games added a fun touch, and we appreciated the sofa area for lounging in the shade. The grills were perfect for our evening cookouts.Indoors, the property was equally impressive. It was clean and comfortable, with upgraded kitchen areas that boasted a variety of appliances, making cooking a breeze. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for storage. The showers were luxurious, featuring multiple rain shower heads that provided a spa-like experience after long days of dancing.Our host, Ed, was a pleasure to interact with. He was very pleasant and thorough, ensuring that we had everything we needed, including toiletries and kitchen supplies. Ed was also quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We spent the majority of our time outdoors by the pool, making the most of our days in the sun. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from the dance venue and close to nearby beaches.This stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot.

This is our second time staying at this property and we’ve already booked our third for next year. You will not find a rental that is more stocked than this property. Everything from high-end bikes, great pool accessories & every fun toy an adult or child could imagine for leisure activities. Ed really has thought through everything & has carefully chosen high-end details for this property. The location is unbeatable. You are minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops, and the beach not to mention the zoo which is an added bonus being right up the street. I have stayed closer to the beach in Stone Harbor & Avalon and actually prefer this location. The private spacious pool, spa and gazebo are very impressive and the slide never got old as the kids played on it over and over again. A added full size playground was appreciated by children as well as a huge yard for games which was beautifully manicured. Having an outdoor kitchen at your disposal was wonderful for evening dinners on the patio. Large groups will approve of the separate living spaces indoors (two full kitchens and dining rooms) giving an opportunity to large groups to retreat & reset in the evening for the next day. We had a wonderful stay at Ed’s Vrbo and we’d absolutely stay here again. Our group of 10 had plenty of room, and the house was exactly as described, actually, even better. The pool was a huge hit, and the outdoor speakers made it fun to relax by the pool. Ed was an outstanding host. Friendly, easy to communicate with, and always just a text away whenever we had a question. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, like free beach passes, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys for the kids, reliable Wi-Fi, and a beautiful spa. Having a grocery store just a short way down the road was another plus. The only minor drawback was that the upstairs and downstairs aren’t connected from inside the house, so you have to step outside and walk around to go between the two levels. It wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, but, something future guests may want to know. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. Everything in the listing was accurate, plus there were several pleasant surprises – like a karaoke machine that added lots of fun one night. We made some great family memories here and would highly recommend it.

This was our second time to stay at this house, and we had a wonderful time (again)! We love the location— we drove to Avalon Beach, the Ocean City boardwalk, and the downtown Cape May shopping center very easily. We also went to the zoo that was a few minutes away. It was very handy to have a grocery store so close, along with having Chipotle, Starbucks, Dunkin, etc. equally as close. The house itself has absolutely everything that you need to enjoy the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the yard. There are bikes, games, coolers, beach tags, beach carts, towels, pool floats, literally everything. It was clean and well taken care of, and Edmund is a wonderful host who is easy to communicate with and seems to truly enjoy seeing others make memories at his house. 10/10 recommend this place!
