Nestled in Hull just 2 blocks from the Atlantic ocean is beautiful Nantasket beach with it's 5 miles of soft sand. Enjoy the sunrise in the am and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. I have beach chairs available. There are plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as an antique Carousel, Dunkin Donuts, a great bakery and stores. Take a ferry to Boston. This delightful suite is a brilliant choice for guests seeking a cozy and comfortable stay. With its quaint bedroom featuring a queen bed, you'll have a marvelous night's sleep. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, ensures you'll feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead. There is an outdoor shower as well. you will have an off street parking spot. After exploring unwind in the living room, which offers an additional space with a queen sofa bed or sit outside on your private deck with lounge chairs and beautiful gardens surrounding you. With amenities like an iron, hair dryer, AC, washing machine, heating, and WiFi, your stay will be hassle-free. I look forward to hosting you at my place.

Great place to stay in Hull! Host was very accessible and responsive at all times, air conditioning was strong as needed during a hot week, and overall it's a great 1br retreat. Highly recommend, would stay again.

What an adorable apartment! Within walking distance to restaurants and beach. The apartment is equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee and coffee pot which is perfect. Toaster and microwave too. Highly recommend everything about it. Smooth processs from start to finish.

Super comfortable, clean, with all amenities, Walking distance to anything you might need. Jodi a super host.** Friendly reminder -- not a place/space to prepare meals,*The only sink is in bathroom.*all meal eating essentials is sparse - only paper and plastic.** NOTE: the shared apartment wall with host doesn't allow for sound privacy - conversations can be easily heard.

Jodi has an amazing space. It is just the right size and has everything you would need for an amazing beach vacation. We loved having a parking spot, an outdoor shower and lounge area, a quiet bedroom and an amazing location. She was a really good host and I would love to rent this space again.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment nicely decorated and laid out with a lot of amenities: bedroom with queen size bed and ample closet space, good size living room, laundry, bath with shower, and private outside space with lounge chairs, cafe table and chairs. The space is light, bright, and meticulously clean. The furnishings and linens are new and the host has clearly put a lot of thought into her guests’ comfort. There is a small dining and kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (similar to what you’d get in a hotel room). The neighborhood is a quiet residential area about 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. One caveat..the house is on a high hill, so the short walk up to the property from the beach and commercial area might be tough for some. There is parking for 1 car at the house, and an easy drive to restaurants and other attractions. Jody is an excellent host! We loved our stay!

The host has created a great beach getaway oasis. Clean, filled with amenities, super comfortable, easy parking and an easy two block walk to the beach and dining. And windows that open to let in fresh ocean air. A super find in the Nantasket Beach area of Hull.

Nice beach getaway near Boston

A lovely place, nicelely decorated, a short walk from the beach, but nevertheless very quiet with a nice view of the ocean and the Boston skyline. The owner was very nice and helpful. We had a great time

Hull getaway

Nicely decorated basement apartment within walking distance to the beach. Good alternative if you want a more homey experience than the Nantasket Beach hotel. Owner very responsive.

Weekend in Hull

We stayed at Jodi’s place while visiting my sister, who lives in Hull. It was cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. Jodi made everything easy for us.

This was a lovely place to stay.The bedroom is fully separate with a very comfortable bed. The living space was clean and comfortable, including the beautiful patio.I appreciated the calming beachy decor. During our 4 day stay I sent Jodi a question about the apartment that was answered promptly.The weather during our stay was at times very hot and at times chilly. The temperature of the unit remained comfortable, with A/C when necessary.We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach for shelling and then stopped for takeout lunch at the Breadbasket Cafe on the corner which provided a fantastic salad and pastries. The Hingham Ferry to Boston was easy and beautiful. Ample parking. We also used the Hull Ferry to get to the airport (but parking there is a challenge).Highly recommend for a getaway including a city day.

Haven by the Sea

This stay was very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and coffee shops. It was meticulously and beautifully decorated and the grounds had beautiful gardens. There were adequate amenities, a comfortable living space, nice sized bedroom and quiet private patio with chairs and a table and loungechairs. The only caveat is that they do have cats that go in the space and a little cat hair on the outdoor chairs. Otherwise, you cannot beat the location and interior and exterior luxury.

The cats are not allowed in that space because I dont want anyone with allergies to ever have a problem. They are indoor cats. It might have been a neighborhood cat that happened to sit on one of the chairs outside. I will try to be more observant.

Nestled quietly in the heart of Nantasket Beach yet walkable to many of the major hotspots including the beach of this quaint Boston escape. The walkable option to the beach is paramount with parking at a premium during peak season. Host is a top notch professional in every respect. Beautiful Home and Gardens

Stayed here in mid-May for a relative’s graduation and some family visiting. Jodi’s place is so cute! Beautiful home with beautiful gardens and a beautiful basement apartment. Jodi takes immaculate care of the place. All beach themed to really get you immersed in the culture of the area.Jodi was available for questions. Pamphlets in the bedroom on various local attractions should be updated as some of them were from over 5 years ago prior to the pandemic and a lot has changed since then, especially restaurants still in (or no longer in) business. Despite some small flooding due to a very unseasonal and brutal Nor’Easter, my stay here was quite excellent. I can only imagine how much better it would be a little later in the season with better beach weather.Thanks so much Jodi!

We loved our stay here. Everything was just as pictured, and the location was even more beautiful than we thought! The views were amazing. Jody's place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend in Hull. Would definitely stay here again!

I live in a great area of town called Sagamore hill. It's a quiet neighborhood. I have an incredible view of the Boston skyline. During the summer months you will see gorgeous sunsets. Lots of summer activities are always going on. Most of the restaurants in town are at the bottom of my hill. It really is the best spot in town for getting around.

I restored my property 8 years ago. It was a tiny beach house. It is now a maintenance free home..except for all my lovely gardens...they are a labor of love.
