We love everything about this house! It was clean and had everything we needed for a long stay and more.The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Great location, close to grocery stores and a great central location between Lynnwood and Seattle for shopping.

We were beyond happy with this house, it was clean, quiet, plenty of room. Our hosts were outstanding, any questions or concerns we had, we had an immediate response. Easy set up for WIFI, but the funny part was those of us with older cell phones were unable to make or receive phone calls but that was easily fixed as we could facetime or use another's phone. This, honestly, did not bother my husband and I as we were happy to be unavailable. :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room for 6 people and one well behaved dog. Everything was first class especially the kitchen (over the top!). The back yard was a beautiful tiered garden. We loved the mid-century vibe but appreciated everything being updated and very clean. Plenty of parking. Master bath shower was wonderful. We have nothing negative to say about this property. Thank you John for such a lovely place to gather our family…Mark & Evelyn

Quiet location near Seattle

Great property with lots of space. Backyard is beautiful and relaxing, also within easy walking distance of park with a variety of trails. John was communicative and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate, garden so serene and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and navigating to anywhere we wanted to go was easy. John was so quick to respond to everything, very kind and friendly. Made our vacation just perfect! Would absolutely recommend and stay again! Thank you John!

We had an amazing stay at this home and would absolutely book it again! The house is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a stunning mid-century modern style that gives it so much character while still feeling warm and comfortable.One of our favorite features was the backyard. It is incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Seattle.The home easily accommodated our group, and we never felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The house was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.Parking was plentiful, which was a huge bonus, and the location made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Best of all, every single person in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were, and we all slept great every night.If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home in a great location, this is it. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Seattle!

Beautiful property with perfect execution

Honestly easy AND pleasant. The property is lovely. The inside is open, comfortable, clean, and functional. We stayed with 6 adults and prepared and fed 18 boys each night. It was roomy and easy to utilize outdoors. The back yard is serene and picture perfect! Love our stay. Not to mention host was responsive and kind.

Wonderful stay

⸻During our vacation, we could hardly believe we had arrived at such a wonderful place. The cleanliness, the facilities, the endless little treats, and the generosity that was felt in every detail – everything was just perfect.The kitchen is better equipped than most home kitchens, the yard is stunning, and the parking area is spacious.We enjoyed a record player with excellent music, large rooms, and well-equipped bathrooms. We truly couldn’t find a single flaw.Our experience was exceptional, and communication with John throughout our stay was excellent – quick, kind, and efficient responses.We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this property.

Wedding family

We had 8 adults and two children... House was absolutely perfect.... The large kitchen was amazing for food prep and we all enjoyed the spectacular backyard and deck with hot tub!. The rollaway needs either great for the kids. Everyone connected that the beds were so comfortable! We had the best time and highly recommend this property. The hosts were great at communicating! Oh and our barista kids loved the espresso machine and making us coffee daily

This is the nicest property we have ever stayed in. The property grounds are like living in a well manicured park and the kitchen is top notch. We had eight adults staying and the only thing missing was a dedicated bathroom for each (it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very close to the wedding venue which was also located in Shoreline. If you have a large group and want a quiet neighborhood with ample parking plus nearby hiking trails, this is the home for you.

We chose this home because we needed a quiet safe space for our family during a family crisis. This place far exceeded my expectations. It was quiet, safe and beautiful, with a fully fenced backyard that was like a 3 tiered park with lots of trees and spaces...and a hot tub! John was an excellent host, communicating promptly and making everything easy from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend!
