Experience privacy and serenity in this luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home situated on a dead end street in a quiet waterfront community with no through traffic.

This cottage features high end, quality finishes, a spacious fully-fenced in backyard, and a beautiful front porch w/ wraparound deck perfect for entertaining and enjoying Tybee's spectacular sunrises.

The ground level of this home is solely dedicated to parking and storage, with parking for six cars (two covered spaces available). A set of stairs up the right side of the house leads you to a welcoming entryway, secured by a Schlage lock, with a unique code to your party.

Inside you'll find a spacious open kitchen and living area, with plenty of comfy seating and a large flat-screen TV.
A fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking at home, including a hot and cold coffee brewer, propane grill, and ice cream maker!

The luxurious master bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the front porch where you'll be able to enjoy views of both the marsh and Chimney Creek. Just off the master is the newly updated en suite master bath, with double sinks and a huge walk-in shower with three shower heads! Towels and toiletries are provided.

The cottage also has two beautifully designed guest rooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds), as well as a second full bathroom. The twin room includes a small, dedicated office area for any work you might need to do while you're here.

Beach towels, extra blankets, and pillows are provided, and an oversized washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay.

The entire main floor of the home is yours to enjoy, along with the fully fenced in back and side yards. Three locked storage rooms under the house hold maintenance and cleaning supplies.
