My son and I stayed last week for a Senior Trip for him. We absolutely loved the location! It was perfect for whatever we wanted to do. The house was just right for us. We loved it!

Carpets were dirty, coach was dirty, bed spread had holes in it, mirror closet door missing, microwave not plugged in and difficult to do so, common use areas closed for renovation without notice, hot tubs not working without notice, bathroom door does not close all the way; bathroom has an unclean smell to it. Bedroom drawers are broken and not easy to open or close. Unit needs a complete deep cleaning. Can easily hear neighbors at night due to thin walls and ceiling. Not worth the price and pictures misleading.

Please note that the hot tub disruption was due to an unexpected complex power outage, which has since been resolved, and the ongoing property updates are managed by the building's HOA. As one of our most budget-friendly options in Breckenridge, we always aim to provide great value, and we regret that we missed the mark for you. We appreciate your insights.

We had a great stay. Had every thing you need. Loved the stream outside our door. Convenient location to walk to town.

Everything Promised & More

We celebrated our anniversary in Breckenridge. My wife really liked the online description of the property and it turns out that when we got there it was more than what we hope for. The mountain views and the Brook right next to the property made it idealistic for a wonderful anniversary.
