We we're very happy with our stay at Steps To The Sand Condo. Michelle was a great host and made sure everything was going well on our stay. The condo was very clean and was well supplied with everything you would need to make for a comfortable vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, well appointed, openness-light & airy, beachy color scheme, well equipped kitchen, clean & a beach view from the balcony. Michelle is absolutely charming & accommodating. She periodically checks in to make sure that you are doing okay & if there is anything that you need. This was our second visit to her property & we hope to return sometime in the furture.

Wonderful host and a wonderful condo. Steps from the beach. Quiet lovely location. Lots of amenities on the grounds and lots of well supplied items in the condo.

The place was very clean and welcoming. I loved the balcony and the ocean view. Everything like places to eat etc were close and Michelle was a great host. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance!

What stood out the most was obviously the location being right next to the beach but inside of the space it was very clean and I appreciated all of the activities amenities that was available to us from the game selections and the beach, chairs, towels, etc.

The space had all the necessities and so much more! Space is organized and well thought out. Close to pool, hot tub and ping pong table. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

Had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and the pool nearest us was nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the picnic tables near chair 8 and walking to the pier. We also walked to all the restaurants we ate at. Nice place!

I highly recommend this condo. The deck is magical for drinking morning coffee while watching the surfers. The host was also extremely helpful and there to answer any questions.

Our actual stay was 9/3-9/17/25! The ocean/beach view from the balcony & proximity to the aforementioned was exceptional. Listening to the crashing waves 24/7 was delightful.

Holly and Dennis were absolutely wonderful guests! They communicated frequently over their two week vacation, simply to check in with us and let us know how much they were enjoying themselves. They left the condo in pristine condition and I cannot wait to have them stay with us again in the future! I'm so delighted that you had such a wonderful time :-)

The Host was very welcoming and accommodating of my time constraints for check-in. It was a very comfortable space with a lot of nice touches as far as vacation rentals go. My favorite part is that the beach sand is exactly 100 paces from the front door of the condo... I counted.

Wonderful location steps away from the beach was super convenient. Local market and liquor store was only 10min walk at most. It was nice listening to the waves from our unit. Complex amenities were nice and communication was impeccable. Definitely made our trip that much better!

So close to the beach, it felt like my personal beach. I would cross the street and be immediately at the beach. Wonderful. Stay here if you can! Communication was easy and welcomeiwth Michelle and we would absolutely stay again.

Michelle, was responsive and so friendly from yeh very beginning. She made check in and out so smooth. We had the best stay . The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and beautiful. The studio was fully equipped for everything you need. The endless touches , labeled every cupboard and devices making it easy for us. We were given a special welcome gift that we willremember this weekend.This was the best VBO we have rented, it’s beyond 5 stars! We will be back.

Michelle the host was absolutely fantastic. Easy to communicate with. I’ve been coming to North Coast Village for 20 years now and this condo by far has the BEST! I was very impressed by how clean and organized the condo was. She had drawers labeled so it wasn’t hard to find anything. Condo came with a lot of extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap, sunscreen, towels & etc. Tons of beach stuff such as boogie boards, chairs, cooler, umbrella, balls and especially wagon came in handy. Also tons of games, puzzles, pool, ping pong and miniature golf equipment. You name it and this condo had it and MORE! And the location and view from balcony was AMAZING! Will definitely be staying here again. Absolutely loved it!!!

Great property, great location, great value! Host was very proactive and welcoming. Went to sleep with the sound of the ocean in the background every evening. A perfect Pacific Ocean surf lullaby. Highly recommended!
