Property was very clean and quite. Sauna a great addition to our stay. Communication from host was great, very responsive quickly Would highly recommend if staying in black hills!

Host was very easy to access with quick response. Check in was easy, Great location for checking out the attractions. Very peaceful and relaxing with a great view. Pet friendly and clean. Family friendly. Driveway is right off the road which made it easy to back our 25 ft camper in driveway. Would definitely go back

Nursing School Graduation Trip

The perfect place to relax and unwind while also being so close to everything! Exploring Custer and the Black Hills was a great way to end our last semester of college!

The cabin was exactly as described. Everything was just perfect. We loved the location as it was convenient to all the sights we had planned to visit. We would definitely stay again. The host was excellent and provided some excellent tips and suggestions. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

While the cabin has a simple, relaxed feel, it also offers access to a community sauna, a private pond, a private fire pit, beautiful views of the Needles Spires from the backyard, and a great walkway to enjoy the scenery. Just as advertised. Only suggestion is to add a mixing bowl to the kitchen.

Family friendly

We liked the location. It was nice being in the country, yet close to main road leading to multiple towns and Custer state park. We hosted our kids for a few meals and it worked well. Had basic cooking supplies, a grill, etc. We would recomnend

Weekend Stay

Everything went well, staff got in touch within a timely minor. Minor hiccups, but nothing negative overall and was taken care of promptly. Property is nice, tucked away. Cabins clean and as described.

Buyer beware! Make sure you fully read contract before booking this listing. If you book more pets then what is allowed in the contract. You will not be informed until 3 days before your stay which is too late to cancel and receive any refund. We even asked if we could pay additional pet deposit to keep our reservation. We were told we should have read the contract. How insulting, and just bad business. We had to scramble to book elsewhere.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how stressful it can be to change plans close to a trip. Our pet policy is listed in the property description and also included in the rental agreement so guests can review before booking and right after booking. We also sent an initial message asking for details about your pets to confirm we could accommodate them, but unfortunately did not receive a response. We never want guests to feel dismissed or insulted. Our intention was simply to communicate the policy clearly and politely.
