Great cabin, close to everything you want to see & do, very hidden gem, hosts are a very nice couple, their pets we're cool, especially the chickens, custer is a great choice, I've stayed in every town in the area, custer is # 1 , give the cabin & town a try, you won't be sorry

We really loved our time at Bluebird’s Nest.Everything was clean and in good working order. Excellent kitchen. This property was perfectly located for the attractions and yet it was a property that was quiet and perfect for our dogs. The hosts were friendly and helpful but respected our privacy. This is a great place to stay!

The hosts of the Blue Birds nest are super friendly and helpful. The place was super cute and perfect for our groups to stay in. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing we loved it!!

The place was amazing! Quiet and peaceful. The bed was amazing. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the bathroom amenities were perfect!

Great location for Black Hills getaway

This home was in a beautiful and convenient location close to everything you want to see in the Black Hills. The unit was well appointed and very clean, and the hosts were quick to respond to any needs.

Beautiful Retreat

The Blue Bird's nest was such a perfect spot for our family of 5. We did lots of sight seeing during the day, but loved coming back to a picturesque spot to relax in the evenings. Such a beautiful property, off the main roads, fully stocked apartment, and wonderful accommodating hosts! Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

You can see Crazy Horse from the hill on this property! Close to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Very clean and new construction. Great hosts.

Weekend trip

The place was great for my family and I. The bedrooms were great size and kitchen met all our needs. The cabin is a bit tucked was exactly what we wanted and only minutes away from downtown to your town fix. Owner very nice and respectful.

Wonderful Apartment

What a beautiful, cozy apartment! Our family loved staying right on the edge of the forest and being surrounded by nature. Beth was an efficient communicator and gracious host.

Perfect location and amenities

Stayed with a friend and used it as a base for exploring the Black Hills and Badlands over four days. Incredibly convenient and central location while safely and quietly located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Custer. The property is gorgeous and the amenities were all as described with generously proportioned rooms. We were very pleased with our entire stay and would recommend highly.

Beautiful country setting, beautiful apartment

Nearly new, well maintained apartment above owner’s new garage. Interior so warm, welcoming, large; comfy bed. Well supplied kitchen with nice new appliances. Quiet—about 2 miles out away from Custer, yet close to anttractions. Owners friendly and hospitable.
