A whole Suite with a Master Bedroom w/ California King Size Bed and a second Bedroom/LR w/ Two Large Sleeping Sofas in this Super comfortable private suite in Silver Spring Maryland near D.C. for $63. per night. It has independent entrance not having to go thru the house. Nice bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink in granite topping and toilet.
First guest $63 / night, second guest $42. A home-like with Central AC & Heating atmosphere. Pets allowed at $15. each per night. Laundry available: Wash/Dryer & Soap $19./load. PARKING available on concrete driveway near the doors w/ 24/7 camera surveylance at $9/night paid separate because some guests need no parking. Only 1 mile from downtown Silver Spring, 10 miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. PROPERTY RULES:
Family Oriented Lodge.
Only booked-in guests are allowed to sleep over. Unregistered people not allowed to spend the night. No party, no loud music beyond reasonable limits, no promiscuity. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. Visitors allowed until 11 PM. CHECK OUT time is 11am.

8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. The house is located on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. fenced by a 6 foot tall green bushes all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in to near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key.
No need to rearrange the suite - the cleaning crew will do that and will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest; just make sure to not forget and leave belongins behind.
