The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. No loud music beyond reasonable limits, Two miles from downtown Silver Spring; 15 miles to the White House and DC monuments. Visitors allowed until 10 PM. Only registered people are allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity. No party. Three visitors to guest at time until 10 PM. Check out time is 11 AM. From 11am to 3pm the cleaning crew will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest; just make sure to not forget and leave belongs behind.

The property is located on 8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. fenced by a 6 foot tall green bushes all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in to near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key.
