Beautiful Villa in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort

The villa consists of 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, balcony and gardens. There are 2 small sofa beds, sleeping one person in each, in case you would like to use them.

It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. You do not have to bring anything, only your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the villa such as towels, dinnerware, kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. The villa includes one parking space and is close to the Golf Club House where you can walk and take the shuttle that brings you to the hotel. A golf cart can be provided to enjoy the stay.

We stayed for over a week in Luis's beautiful home. It was perfect. The location was just what we needed for stay during a conference at the Wyndham resort. The private beach and pool were a bonus. The home was quiet, well provisioned, and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Luis is an amazing host. He made sure I was comfortable, showed me around the rental and gave me useful tips. The place is comfortable, is very functional and inviting. Great place to stay!

Our host, Luis was amazing! He communicated with us very well and even met us in person on the day of our arrival! There were concerns with some power outages so he had even booked us a different Villa to stay in just in case we needed it… This did not end up being the case, but his efforts to make sure that we had a comfortable stay were top-notch! The location was fantastic, as we were attending a wedding at the Wyndham resort on the same property. We enjoyed the beach there as well as Luquillo Beach, just a few miles down the road. The property was beautiful and clean, and served our purposes for our five day stay perfectly. We felt very safe with the 24 hour guard gate, as well as having our own remote control for the second set of gates, leading into the villas in cluster one. I highly recommend this host and his property!

Amazing stay. Everything we wanted and needed. Luis was wonderful. Super easy to find and get around the resort. We enjoyed a round of golf, the spa, the beach and multiple restaurants. Hoping to visit again.

Returning to this villa for the third time felt like coming home. It is always spotless, well-kept, and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom—the perfect retreat after spending our days at the beach with friends staying nearby. Luis is an amazing host; his communication is excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Luis was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive to my texts and phone calls. Our flight came in late, but Luis still met us at the villa and showed us where everything was. He was very kind. He had water, coffee and milk there for us which was great. The villa was clean. We had friends staying in other parts of resort so we spent time with them. Having the golf cart to get around was convenient and helpful. It was the perfect spot for my daughter and me to stay.
