Guests will have complete and private access to the main home, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. The entire upstairs unit is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.



You’ll also have full use of the front deck—perfect for sipping morning coffee or winding down with evening drinks.



Please note: The basement-level ADU has a separate private entrance (located below the front door to the left) and may be occupied during your stay. It is not included with this listing. There are no shared interior spaces, and interaction with any guests in the ADU is minimal, typically only when entering or exiting the property.

Cosy Retreat

A very comfortable space to relax in after you return from exploring Portland. This three bedroom home had everything we needed to meet our expectations. The beds were super comfortable top quality mattresses and bedding. We were provided with plenty of supplies and linens. Trevor was very responsive to messaging and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Thank you Trevor we really enjoyed our time in Portland!
