Great house! Would stay again!

The hosts are very accommodating and have a beautiful home. House looks exactly like the pictures and was a cute little home to stay at during our weekend vacation. I highly recommend this property for any others looking for vacation spots close to Charleston and surrounding areas.

Wonderful accomodations outside of Charleston, beaches

We loved our stay at the Royal House! Comfortable beds, spacious home, thoughtful touches throughout, and it's probably the cleanest house I've stayed at before. Dee and Henry were wonderful, communicative hosts who made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Nice little details thought of and provided. Perfect location for the wedding venue we were attending. Snacks and coffee on hand as well as superior linens and towels! All the amenities you would want in a getaway. THANK YOU! We were so thankful to show up and have every need met.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this home. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was great and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.The host was responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Home away from home

The property owners were very kind and responsive in letting me know ahead of time what to look forward to. House was very nice, homey, and comfortable. Would 10/10 stay again.

Everything was great, there was just a little hiccup with the lock code but we were able to get that fixed quickly. Home was very clean, beds were very comfortable!

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in.

Super clean. Great decor. Friendly hosts. This house was spotless and so relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. I was impressed with everything.

Very clean and comfortable!

We were really pleased with how clean and comfortable the house was. We had 5 adults and a baby, and the 2 bathrooms worked out really well. Couple very small improvement suggestions: a couple games on hand (we'd forgotten ours, so that's on us), a sponge/dishcloth to clean the skillets, and even a small lamp in the smaller 2 bedrooms would've been great. But otherwise everything was really good, and we appreciated how fast responses were to our questions. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Royal House. The homes is clean, charming, and very comfortable. We had zero issues with the home or our hosts. They reached out after our first night to make sure everything went smoothly. We didn't have any problems so there was no need for me to contact them, but I'm sure they would have been very responsive in the event of a problem. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was about a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston each way. If you don't mind the drive, this is a nice option for your Charleston trip. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
