This condo is in perfect location. A very easy, scenic, 10 minute walk to Folly strip and Beach. The cleaning was done immaculately and the ambience was set for us before we got there. It was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be and having an elevator was fantastic!

Beautiful and spacious condo (much bigger than I anticipated for my family of 5! Plenty of space). Clean, no issues with the home at all. Close to the beach, easy walk that took about 10 minutes. Elevator was a very nice bonus. Gorgeous views from the front and back of the condo. Quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again, we loved Folly beach!

Spacious and beautiful

Stayed here while in town for a dance competition. Large bedrooms and baths, well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. Nice views of the river. Was worried about road noise being next to Folly Road, but it was not an issue at all. Close to the bridge, could walk to Folly Beach restaurants and shopping. Took car to the beach to lug all the stuff. Nice chair rental packages on the beach. Highly recommend this condo!

Nice view needs more info

Great View Comfortable couch and chairs Provide a map of facility and trash/recycling locations. No one was available to help us get through the gate at 5:30 on a Saturday. Bed supports had to be reset for twin beds.

What an amazing long weekend!

We have stayed at Turn of the River several times over the years. This condo is by far the best we’ve rented. There was plenty of room for us, our two sons, our daughter-in-law and infant granddaughter. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook incredible meals. I brought baking supplies just in case, and I didn’t need any of it. The furnishings were nice, and the decor was not overdone. It felt like home. The only thing I would add is blackout curtains to the front right bedroom. The lights out front are harsh. I will stay here again because of all listed above, plus the views of the waterway is absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting on the screened in porch and reading.

We would have appreciated communication from this guest if they were displeased with their stay. Guest never communicated with us at all before, during, or after their stay. We always appreciate genuine feedback so that we may address any concerns and so it does not happen in the future.
