Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Things were pretty good - we did see cigarette butts near the back gate and I think the washing machine or dryer left black marks on our clothes which I’m not happy about. Cant’t wear them anymore which is very frustrating.

Vacation stay in Kiawah Isle

No vacuum or dust pan /broom to get up sand crumbs etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in previous stays at other homes. Pool area was wonderful. Kudos to the homeowners. One suggestion I would have is to add bed steps to the downstairs master bedroom as the bed is very high for short people to get into.

Reviewer Comments: The Oasis was a great place for my family with plenty of space for all of us. It was close to the beach and utilized the bike trail to Freshfields Shopping Center. We enjoyed spending time outside in and by the pool. There is a lot of traffic noise especially during the rush hour times.

Excellent home. Pool and deck were huge and especially fantastic. Can seat comfortably more than 15 on the deck alone. Owner responded to questions promptly. The only issue was the dryer was not working properly, but we had rented other homes and were able to do laundry there. Air conditioning was superb (and it was brutally hot and humid for the first part of the week!). One trick, the upstairs bedroom to left, was warm the first two nights, but if you open bathroom and bedroom doors, it cools off very quickly. The vents are in the hallway and bathroom.

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood

The house was very comfortable for eight people. It was clean and the location was good. Just a few minutes drive to the beach and golf. Kitchen was well equipped.

Kiawah family vacay

The house was the perfect set up for our group. The 3 couples had king size beds with their own bath attached. The children had twin bed room We were near the playground and were able to bike everywhere. The pool area was great, however, the pool water was cold.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we're so glad you enjoyed your stay and the home worked well for your group. The location really is fabulous and the home itself so well laid out. The pool does not have a heater, we do advertise that in the listing it is not able to be heated and in October it can get a tad chilly, but it is perfect in spring and summer and we do keep it clean and open year round as it makes a beautiful spot for sitting and enjoying anytime. We hope you will be back soon!

Great stay at Kiawah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was incredibly convenient to all the golf courses. We were able to come home and have lunch after playing. The grill was perfect and it was nice that it was off to one side. We ate most of our meals out on the patio overlooking the pool. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We did enjoy renting bikes and riding to the beach. If you were walking, it’s a little bit far to take your beach stuff. We would stay there again.

Great Vacation Getaway

The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook meals. We rented bikes and loved being able to take rides all over the island. We loved our stay and enjoyed the house.

House needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The price of home does not reflect the inferior. House has a musty smell and the AC was not working properly. Exterior needs landscaping. We were disappointed since the house also backs up to main road in Kiawah and it was constantly very noisy. The dining chairs were falling apart and the microwave was missing the glass dish. Some of these issues could have been avoided if the home was properly maintained and checked before renting. At the high cost per night we did anticipate a home that had less issues.

A nice place convenient to all the action

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and close to everything. The pool was delightful nd refreshing. The open patio was great to get a break from the hot sun but the chairs around the table could use some maintenance. When I first sat down in one of the chairs it kept going back until I was on the floor staring at the ceiling. We moved that chair and had to pull other chairs over from another table. The dining room table was quite nice but the chairs were so big and bulky which made them difficult to maneuver. The kitchen was nice and it was especially helpful to have two refrigerators (one in the garage) to store cold goods. The front door and the door from the patio into the master suite were very difficult to shut as weather stripping was loose and dangling. The front door deadbolt locks were difficult to close. Most all those issues were maintenance related. We enjoyed our week at the home and would gladly return to Kiawah Island again. The rental company was responsive to all our requests.

Great central location, wonderful pool area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a wonderful place for a family end of summer trip. Overall, the home was clean with a great outdoor space that had something for everyone. It was a newer rental, and it did seem that there were a few details left undone -- things like towel hangers and all of the drawer pulls were just small items that would have been good to have. It was also my first stay in a home at Kiawah where there was only one television; fine for our small family, but likely not a plus for bigger groups.The advertised water feature in the pool was not working; when we called, we were told it was on a timer and should come on automatically. While we shared that the timer must not have been working, we never did see it operational during our stay. It didn't affect our use of the pool, but we were surprised that there was no follow-up to our inquiry.I would stay here again, any hiccups would easily be addressed.

The pool company was called out during your stay to take a look at the waterfall feature, I apologize we did not follow up about that during your stay, we did not know until later that they needed a part to fix it and it is now up and running.

Amazing stay!

The pool was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were stellar and the living room was the perfect place to unwind. Renting bikes was a huge win and we were close to a not so crowded area at the beach. One of the best things was being able to quickly get access to help/questions when you needed or had them. The only thing we had a hard time with was the front door locks and key. It was hard to lock from the outside.
