The property was great for our 4-Sisters-Getaway! Very clean and very comfortable, conveniently located and well stocked. We would all stay here again if ever in the need for Tampa accommodations.

We loved our stay at this house! It was within walking distance of Buddy Brew Coffee and close driving distance to so many great places! The house was clean and so cute inside and we love the hot tub. It is close to a busy road and there was some road noise at night so bring a sound machine! Overall a gem and we would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family. Very vintage feel, plenty of space. The second story at the back half of the house is dedicated to the master suite. The house was very centrally located and close to downtown for the conference we were attending. The Tampa Convention Center is only about a mile away. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of this property. There were only a couple things we would have changed. The house is on a busy street, so there is some noise at night. Also, the street lights outside shine pretty directly into the master suite. But we felt these were minor issues compared to the benefits of this home. Great location, beautiful house, lots of room for our family. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient location to the university, restaurants,…. The photos online are accurate. The house is comfortable. Plenty of space for what I needed. Convenient parking on site. I would stay again.

We had a great time at the property. We were in Tampa getting my daughter settled at the University of Tampa having a comfortable place to return to each day after hectic running around was so calming.

Had a wonderful stay. House was nice and clean. Thomas was very helpful and had great communication. Check in was smooth. Only problem I had was the smoke detector battery was dying so it was beeping every few minutes, property manager came and fixed it immediately. Location was perfect few minutes from the cruise port and about 15 minutes from the airport. Will stay again.

The apartment was very cozy and truly felt like home. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay for a family with three children. There was always hot water in the shower, the apartment was well equipped, and we appreciated the generous supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, aluminum foil, spices, and more.The host was very responsive and available throughout our stay, both via WhatsApp and by phone, which made everything feel easy and well taken care of.Overall, the apartment was lovely, comfortable, and well suited for a family stay. We truly enjoyed our time there — thank you!

Host provided everything that was needed ahead of time and had a welcome letter available with reasonable requests. We didn't arrive until after dark. We walked into a well lit house with music playing on a speaker in the kitchen. It was a wonderful welcome and the first of its kind that we've had (I've been renting VRBOs for trips for years now). We didn't have time to enjoy the back deck or hot tub, but it was a pleasure to see all the amenities the property offered and how well kept everything was. I would definitely recommend this property for your next trip to Tampa.

Cute bungalow rental

Our family had a great stay. Host was wonderful and provided many basic amenities which was a nice touch since we only stayed a few days. The backyard is so nice to hang out in. Location was great, close to everything and the only negative is that the house is located on a busy street and so there are cars driving by at all hours of the night which made for difficult sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be a great fit for you.

Charming location, walkable, lots to see!

Cute little home with onsite parking. Three full bedrooms. Hot tube in back with grill. All within walking distance of Hyde Park community area - upscale shops, restaurants, etc. We loved the ample space in the bungalow. Would be interested in coming back with my husband and another couple (we had just two people on this trip). Well stocked kitchenware in case you cook at home while in Tampa. We loved it!

Overall it was a good stay! We encountered a couple of things that the manager was contacted for and responded to. The washer didn’t work and the downstairs shower was very slow to drain so you would quickly be in several inches of standing water. He offered to pay our dry cleaning since the washer didn’t work but we didn’t have time for that service before our event and he said they were going to replace the w/d but that couldn’t be completed during our stay. He brought me some drano for the downstairs shower that I used and it opened up the drain. The upstairs bedroom does get loud road noise, I do think window weather stripping is needed and could really make an improvement.

We had a very serious and disappointing experience with this property from start to finish.Communication with the host was poor even before check-in. I reached out ahead of our stay asking about early check-in and anything we should know prior to arrival. Responses were delayed and, when received, were extremely brief (often one sentence), making coordination difficult.I rarely leave negative reviews and made a genuine effort to be patient and understanding. I allowed extra time for responses because I try to give the benefit of the doubt. However, the lack of communication combined with the severity of the situation made it necessary to share this for future guests.Upon arrival, we discovered severe cleanliness and pest issues throughout the home, including what appeared to be a widespread termite infestation. This was present in multiple areas and does not appear to be a new issue. It suggests an ongoing problem that was not properly addressed.The condition of the home made it uninhabitable, and we were forced to leave and arrange last-minute accommodations. Communication from the host remained limited during this time, which made an already stressful situation worse.VRBO ultimately issued a full refund for the stay and reimbursed our additional hotel expenses.Based on our experience, I would not recommend this listing. Future guests should be aware of both the condition of the property and the unreliable communication before booking.
