The house is in a perfect location, in a beautiful and upscale neighborhood! Close (walkable) to Old Florida Fish House; what a fun place to eat, drink, listen to music. Within blocks of the most beautiful Florida beach I have seen; the calm, clear, turquoise water is breathtaking... the white, powdery sand and flat, expansive beach...rivals going to Mexico, Jamaica, or Dominican (and no seaweed!!). Public access at South Walton/Walton Dunes beach off Lakewood and Beachfront Trail (note: there is only 1 very small Public parking lot; must arrive early... otherwise it is a bit of a walk (5-7 blocks maybe... or a good bike ride... you can also grab a golf cart "taxi")). The house itself is lovely, with nice linens, comfortable beds, and other nice furnishings. Pretty and private backyard, with a nice pool. The host was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Perfect 3 night getaway for us 3 ladies!!

My husband and I visited this lovely home with our dogs and had quite the relaxing time. The home is comfortable and cozy while updated and beautiful. Actual comfortable beds are always ify when booking anywhere, but they were very comfortable and we were able to catch up on sleep. The dogs loved the large private and lush yard which tied with their love for the cool a/c inside. ;) My husband''s already said he'd love to visit again. Cons: the oven is difficult or just wonky to use, in fact we tried, but could never get the oven to turn on. We had better luck with the stove, but some eyes were also difficult or impossible to get to turn on. If we had a stick lighter available, maybe that would work. We used the grill to bake as well as to grill up some fresh seafood from Buddy's Market just down the street and in walking distance.

Great location as it's a quick walk to the beach and located in a more relaxed pace neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked and yard is a relaxing place to enjoy a good book or swim.

This is the perfect house for a February stay. We enjoyed the heated pool during the day and sitting by a warm campfire at night. Plus the location was close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Communication was timely and professional. Great choice!

Everything was perfect about this house for our family of 4. There was more space than we needed. The listing mentions biking to the beach but it was also a very easy walk with the beach cart that is provided. Public beach access is clearly marked on provided literature and via Google Maps. The pool heater did a great job of keeping up with the unseasonably chilly weather in March. There are a few dining options within walking distance. Our favorite was take-out crab and shrimp by the pound from Buddy's just up the street. They steam it fresh for you to take home. Old Florida Fish House also has good food and live music.The host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. I would recommend this house to all.

Beautifully decorated and location was great!

My family really enjoyed this rental! The house was decorated perfectly and the layout was great! We loved the location, the beach access and the pool!

Great Place...

Great place to stay for our visit! Location to coffee shops and restaurants really made our stay easy. Pool was great for our two little ones that traveled with us for when it was too hot to be on the beach. Overall if fit every need we had for our vacation.

Awesome Stay!

Our crew had a great week at the Easy Breeze! The accommodations were very nice! The house was very clean and nicely furnished! The pool and deck/patio area were great too, very large outdoor space!

Perfect house for 30A girls trip

Our stay here was wonderful! Very well appointed and clean. Private pool was amazing. Check in and communication was easy. Great location to the beach - bikes made it a short 5 minute, easy trip. Beach chairs, etc. were a great addition. Comfy beds. A/C works great! Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Great location and host was very responsove and helpful. Recommend the bike rentals as that was key to get back and forth to the beach.

Great house, great location.

The house was set up perfectly for our needs and our kids loved the pool and backyard. The owner was very easy to work with and the location was conveneint to beach and activities. We enjoyed our time there tremendously!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was a perfect rental for us! We had a wonderful time- so close to the beach and loved coming back and cooling off in the pool. The owners have thought of every thing you could need!!
