The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Grocery and restaurants right out your back door as well. We would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing getaway and great hosts.

Exactly how it was listed and then some - had a wonderful stay. The property was in pristine condition, close to everything, and communication was timely and accurate. We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The view is gorgeous and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Easy walk to the beach and a nice pool.Rob and Nancy were very accommodating and responsive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The corner unit made the space feel open and bright, and the large wraparound balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the views. We also appreciated the gated, covered parking, which made everything feel secure and convenient. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented definitely for the view & it didn’t disappoint——-million dollar view for sure. Place was beautiful & the hosts were incredible with little personal touches for our stay. Can’t go wrong coming & renting here.

This place is stunning. Totally updated and equipped with everything you could want for a home away from home. Extra clean. The building has great security and the stairways and parking garage were neat and clean also. Great view of the beach and just steps away from the sand. Very walkable location. We loved it and will be returning.

Great choice for a long weekend!

We had a great long weekend for the Ga/Fl game! The condo is exactly as shown- amazing views and very accommodating! We had everything we needed to have a fun, relaxing time with our friends! Thank you Rob and Nancy

Clean, close to elevator and gate. Definitely be back around Summer. It was kinda cold, didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beac.

The only word for this condo is STUNNING! The view is incredible - the whole front is glass and it feels like you could step directly into the ocean and the sand! The furnishings were beach chic and perfect for the setting. The hosts were so so thoughtful - left a welcome note and gifts and were in touch during our stay to ensure our comfort. They also made check in and check out exceptionally easy. In addition, there were many small touches to make life easier - a good supply of K cups with the fixings, bottled water in the fridge, zip lock bags for food storage, etc. etc. etc. They also have a destination guide they prepared that includes all the info you could possibly need that was sent out prior to checki n and a copy was provided in the condo as well. The covered parking underneath the building was a pleasant surprise and the location is incredibly close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We also appreciate the security features like keypad entrances to the garage and to the condo as well as security cameras. We loved both the condo and Jacksonville Beach - we will be back and will plan our trip around the availability of this condo again for our stay!

Ocean Pearl exceeded expectations!

We had the best vacation at the Ocean Pearl!  Walking in it's clear that Rob and Nancy take such great pride in their Vrbo. We have never stayed in one that was this clean - it was spotless! The best thing about the condo was the wrap around deck. We absolutely loved sitting out first thing in the morning watching all the action on the beach. At night we would sit there watching lightning storms and we also had a gorgeous full moon! It was very quiet there due in part that it's on the top floor and it's a corner unit. The kitchenware is top of the line and everything you need is there, including coffee and a great coffee maker. They also have beautiful white plush towels and big plush beach towels. Everything that was provided looked brand new. The condo looks exactly like the photos. We fell in love with Jacksonville Beach! This Vrbo is so close to everything and there are tons of restaurants to explore. We highly recommend the Ocean Pearl and would definitely rent again!!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, well furnished and the view spectacular! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The building and the pool was in good condition. There were two parking spots, one in the garage the other next to the building. The beach access parking for friends who visited was also very helpful. The condo is near many restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely book again.

If you are looking to stay at a small condo project, this it it. The condo was exactly as the pictures. Easy keyless entry. 2 parking spots. Beach access is next to the condo. The host put together a book with all kinds of information. Property was fully stocked. Will definitely stay again. Tks
