My family had a super relaxing vacation at Jax Beach! The condo was clean, quiet, and fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony, enjoying the sea breeze and ocean view. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo has a large balcony with a wonderful view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great location. We plan on renting again in the future.

My stay during the 4th of July weekend wascomfortable. Location is great, however the property needs more attention to the pool and hot tub cleanliness and more pool furniture. Check in was easy.

Condo very well supplied with everything we needed. Dominic made it easy for us to access the facilities with timely notification of codes and all we needed. Also reminded us of check procedures that was helpful when we vacated the property. Great sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic!

Lovely condo, very clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! Stunning views from the balcony! Close proximity to loads of restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Host did a good job communicating, esp since the parking lot is gated and you need to call the first time to get in. Didn’t have any issues. Condo itself was very comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen; Nice, modern appliances. Comfortable furniture, we stayed a week and my husband was working remote during that time. The kitchen table worked out fine for his temporary desk, but it would have been a nice bonus if the second bedroom had a small desk or table that could have been used instead.The view is everything! You can hear the waves from the balcony and see nothing but the beach and ocean. Location was great as well, walkable to many restaurants and the Jax beach area, but also nice and peaceful. Every day we say people out running or walking their dogs. Several grocery stores just a short drive away. We’d consider staying again if in the area and would highly recommend for your Jax beach stay.

We loved our stay. We actually extended it 2 days. The communication with Garrison was excellent. The condo was very clean.We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We'll be back for sure. My daughter has cancer, and this is a great place to go that's close to Valdosta Georgia.

Condo was exactly as posted. View was outstanding! Beach was never crowded in front of condo. Pool was nice and also never crowded. Would stay again

Great beach front unit with a large, dreamy porch overlooking the ocean! The condo is clean and well stocked in a safe, clean building. Pool is great, parking is easy and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay. We have been coming here for about 6 years and love it every year. The property is always clean. Big kitchen. Fantastic view. We spend a lot of time on the spacious balcony.
