Place was dirty, cob webs inside house, dead cockroach on kitchen floor. Exterior was literally covered in spider webs to the point where we had to hose off entry door just to gain access. Husband (host) had an attitude however wife was very accommodating and had someone come out to hose off webs from entry and porch seating. Good location for game but would not recommend due to overall cleanliness.

Great house, very clean, everything you need is on property. Host excellent communication. Only 5 mins to Clemson Campus. Will stay again.

An excellent house in an outstanding location. Its not easy to find a place that is both close to campus but also quiet and peaceful and this house is both. Even with homecoming traffic, we were at the stadium in minutes. The house was very clean, well stocked and also attractive. Host was lovely and helpful about everything we needed.

Loved the quiet location! Also very close to The Pier and just ten min or less back to Clemson campus. Large home with a lot of bedrooms. The beds & linens were all comfy and clean. The living room isn't huge due to the style of the home but it's comfortable and convenient. Didn't really use the outdoor space due to the weather. Would definitely return.

Our group used this Seneca house as a home base while visiting Clemson for 'family weekend'. Although we did not spend a ton of time at the house, it was a perfect place to come back to. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious on a quiet street. Although we did not use all the amenities, having a full sized washer/dryer was great. Owner was lightning fast in responding to questions.We would absolutely stay here again.Go Tigers!

Home was beautiful but very unkept and dirty to say the least! Owner was very responsive and indicated issues would be addressed. No refund was offered.

Thank you so much for letting us use your house. One of the guests who has ALS slipped out the shower and broke off the front corner of the lip to the toilet bowl. I have left money in the kitchen drawer to the right of the dishwasher to cover the expense

Great location to get to Clemson campus! The rooms were good size and nice large family room to hang out. It had everything we needed. We were only there for less than 24hrs for Morgan Wallen concert but it was just what we needed and host was nice to let us check-in a little early since no one was at the house prior and the concert began early.
