You are going to LOVE staying here while you are in the Clemson/Seneca area. Nice home on deep water located in quiet, secluded area very close (3 miles) to where the Tigers play! Double slip dock just steps away from the back door can accommodate your boat and serve as a fun space to enjoy the lake. Great for 2 families or 4 couples with 4 bedrooms (each with it's own bath).

Perfect lake house with plenty of outdoor deck to hang out with family. Great dock to hang out with everyone and enjoy your time!

My family thoroughly enjoyed the home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The dock is great and the water is plenty deep at the end of the dock. The house was clean and neat with plenty of seating. Donna was easy to deal with and gave great instructions. We will visit again for sure.

Excellent property and wonderful hosts. Location was perfect for all Clemson activities and you’re on the correct side of the traffic pattern leaving football games!! (Huge plus!!). Our second stay at this property in 4 years and sorry we won’t have another student at Clemson to return.

We really enjoy staying at 127 Sweet Pea Lane when we come to Lake Hartwell. Donna is a great host and we always find the house well managed. This is our fourth trip. Only complaint is that the price is going up but that's everything now. Highly recommend (except for the week following Memorial Day because that's when we usually come.)

This house was wonderful for our group of 4 couples! The private bathroom for each bedroom was such a treat! We loved the balcony where we grilled, and enjoyed each other’s company with plenty of furniture. The dock was a great spot for coffee and sunset. Wish we were there longer to utilize the kayak and paddle boards. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely love to come back again the next time we are in the area.

Peaceful lake retreat

Overall a very pleasant stay. This property is well-maintained and the perfect size for our family. Some enjoyed fishing and others, swimming and kayaking (not at the same time!)

This property was a great find! The home was perfect for our family dynamics. Beautiful property and plenty of room for our group of 8. The views were fabulous! Definitely recommend this house for your stay in the Clemson area!

Great Lake Rental

Great location near Clemson, lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Dock is with deep water and lots of lake toys and things to do. Excellent communication - would stay here again easily!!

John and Donna Woodruff both grew up In Clemson and Seneca, graduated from Clemson in 1981 and raised 3 amazing kids right here in Seneca. In 2000, we thought we wanted a house at the beach, but it just never felt right. We sold it in May of 2016 and started looking for something on the lake. When we found Sweet Pea, we knew we had found what we really wanted all along! We hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
